The perfect chair for my little alcove space. I'd wanted something low-cost, yet comfortable for relaxing and reading. This chair & ottoman set fit the bill to a tee. They're also easy to clean and attractive. I'm 5'1" & I love how easy it is to get into & out of the chair. The ottoman is just the right height & size for me, too. Very thoroughly and carefully packaged.

I find it hard to believe none of the previous reviews mentioned the terrible quality control on this product. The leather wrapped base of the ottoman has 5 to 6 cuts etc in the leather. The box it was packaged in is terribly cheap. All the packaging inside and out was bad and begs to be damaged during shipping. The "I" labeled screws had one mismatched shorter screw for the arm rest that would not work. My arm rest now only has 3 screws due to the wrong hardware. Lastly for the bad parts, many of the holes in the material do not line up with the portion the screw goes into. I had to make small cuts in the outers fabric to expose the screw holes. Just very sloppy QC overall. However, day 1 impression of comfort is not bad. Not something to sit in long term any more than a few hours but initial comfort is good. It reclines some on a slide and has plenty of range to get comfortable. It does not lay close to flat but I didn't expect it to. It meets my expectations for comfort, sturdiness, and appearance. It's an okay purchase but you will be playing the lottery with getting the correct hardware and a product that isn't damaged on arrival.

The chair is nice, easy to assemble and comfortable. The only thing that “surprised” me upon receiving, was the base was not completely metal ... it was metal tubing covered with the faux leather seat material. Maybe that is stated somewhere and I missed it, but felt it made it a little “cheaper” in appearance.

I am happy to have this chair. It's quite comfortable. When I sit on this, I don't want to stand up again. I am leaning back and reading social media stuff. It's great for spending leisure time.While sitting on this chair, it feels very sturdy, durable. It's not made from cheap material. Its ability to lean backward is very satisfactory.My cat also loves this chair :)Happy to have it!

The chair is smallee than I expected and it does not recline. The instructions were not user freindly in my opinion and it frustrating to assemble. I have screws left over and have no clue where they belong.

This chair is pretty comfy. It was easy to put together and looks great. It's a little short (close to the floor) but I don't find that to be an issue. My husband liked it so I got a second one for him. They shipped us the wrong item the second time, but were really great about replacing it. I sent them pictures of the box we received and they shipped the new one out even before I got the wrong box back in the mail. The padding on my chair has lost some of it's squish and may need an additional cushion at some point, but overall I'm still pretty happy
