Finally got sick of the heavy side sprayer of my faucet, it was hard to press the lever. Decided on a pull down faucet and wanted one that didn't have plastic for the sprayer. This faucet is sleek and works very smoothly. Didn't think I would like the side lever design but it's brilliant. Easy enough to install after pulling out the prior faucet. The spray is very easy to switch on and coverage in my 15"x28"x10" sink is good. The stream/spray isn't as powerful as my old faucet but that's due to the restrictor they have in it. I didn't bother to replace it as my husband likes to leave the water running when he does dishes. My only quibble is that the sprayer doesn't reseat fully when retracted but it's only 1/8" and I haven't bothered figuring it out because it's not really that big a deal. It's been 9 months since install and working great. I replaced the side sprayer hole with a reverse osmosis system and that's been great, too.

This hasn't been installed very long in our new kitchen remodel, but so far, love it! No drips, moves easily, pull-out works smooth, great contemporary look. Wouldn't recommend for a smaller kitchen, may overwhelm it because it's tall. Time will tell, but so far so good. I would expect nothing less from an Axor.

I am VERY disappointed with this faucet and with Hansgrohe. We bought and installed this faucet just recently. The faucet is very attractive and our only complaint at this time is that the water comes out like a jet and splashes EVERYWHERE in our deep sink as reported by others here. There is no aerator in the faucet so it does not mix ANY air in with the water when it is in the non-stream mode. I called Hansgrohe figuring they would take care of the problem for me. I am totally shocked by their response. They told me to buy a $10 part online to fix the problem. Seriously? I just spent $500 on a kitchen faucet and you're not going to send me a part that costs you $1 to make sure i'm a happy customer. I am very disappointed. Stay away.

Had it for a few months now. Works and looks fantastic. There are two issues: 1) As others have mentioned, you'll want the Tom Thumb (or your choice) of aerator. It's a few bucks and a few minutes, even if you're not mechanically inclined. 2) You need to dry-fit the unit and test out the range of motion to ensure you aren't bumping into your backsplash or other immovable objects when you go for hot or cold water. As shown in the picture, (when the handle is making a 90 degree angle) the unit is off. Moving the handle further to the right, away from the spout, increases water flow. Moving the handle towards you and away from you (think pulling a slot machine handle) changes the temp.

To be fair I haven't installed it yet so I can't report on it's funcionality yet. The unit arrived when promised but the package looked like it had been opened a couple of times, all parts are in it though.The most annoying thing is the picture you see here has a tulip shape to the pull out nozzle which I really liked but the one that was shipped to me is straight with no flare on the end.

Amazing build quality, fantastic look, and great price. It's also easy to install and I'm sure will last a long time.The only downside is the spray section is too strong due to being quite narrow. Hence, I'd go for the version that has a larger head for better spray section otherwise it would be 5-star.

Amazon's price was nearly half of what a local boutique faucet store was charging so I jumped. The quality is apparent as soon as you pull the unit out of the box. Heavy with quality components. One thing that attracted me to the unit was the all metal sprayer. Most units have a plastic sprayer which really bugs you.Only issue I have is the spray pattern which is essentially none. It's a heavy stream of water that flows out of the unit. Depending on what it hits, it splashes everywhere. Not sure if there is a way to change the pattern to more of a normal spray vs. stream but I'm still investigating.

Beautiful faucet. It was an easy installation and love the final results. Operates smoothly and love the laminar like water flow. I have a more traditional kitchen and this looks great - very sleek.
