Well made and easy to use. A little heavy but necessary to stay in place. Use it often for cross fit and Hitt workouts.

I use this ladder training seniors in my physical trainer practice. I love the safety aspect of this product-no rungs to trip over and non-slip surface. Easily rolled up for storage.

I bought this after going through PT for an IT band issue and it is fantastic for working out the hip, knee and lower body. I bought what they used in PT and this ladder is safer (no rungs to trip over with a regular "ladder") and Amazon gave me a great price on it. I suggest you get the CD for all the "routines" for the ladder. Pro Athletes use this method as a warmup before doing any sports activities. I was told to use "tight" small steps when doing all of the ladder routines. It works and has made me stronger.

While a bit over priced if you don't feel like making your own this is great for indoors. Does good on carpet or flat surface. Rolls up very quickly for easy storage. Paint is slightly fading, but overall it holds up good. While being thin and light weight no tears or holes and we use it a lot.

We received this in the mail yesterday and did our first workout on it this morning. I had hoped that it would be ok on top of our existing rubber mats installed in our home gym and we are happy to report, there wasn't any sliding at all. NONE! We did a 30 minute circuit doing various exercises from push ups down the ladder to running agility drills. We were very pleased that the mat stayed put the entire time and we loved how level it was to the ground. The mat is thick enough but not too thick where you'd be tripping over the sides as you are going through an intense workout. We've only used this once so no telling how this will hold up but we did not see any peeling of the paint or movement / buckling of the sides. If we see any changes, we will update this review. So far, we are pleased with this purchase and hope this will help strengthen our running times and make us more agile in our tennis games. And of course, aid in our overall health and fitness lifestyle. An item of note: Our gym floors have 15 feet of open space so we cut one square off of the roll so it could lay down without any excess. I was initially concerned about cutting it but it was not issue. So, if you need to cut this to fit...totally ok. Edges are secure and won't damage product. Can't even tell it looks just like old edges.

This is an awesome piece of equipment and great for getting your heart rate up is an awesome piece of equipment and great for getting your heart rate up and your speed and agility on point. I take it to the gym a couple of times a week and get an awesome workout .I recommend it to anybody that wants to develop their speed and agility and really kick their heart rate up 😎 Don't waste ur money on a less expensive ladder, this product delivers results that will satisfy anyone from any level. Treat yourself better and "Buy it"!!...☝🏼️😎 🚶🏻🌴

Excellent mat ladder

This is a great tool for training, especially if you buy two to maximize time.

The paint markings application started powder flaking off as soon as I opened the box. Any foot traffic immediately wears the paint markings away.I didn’t realise that the item was being imported from the USA and therefore the cost to send it back was to expensive and the amount offered by Amazon towards the cost is now way enough so therefore I’m left with 2 Rubber Matts that I will have to spend endless time trying to repaint by finding a paint that will stay permanently.There were other products slightly more expensive but probably of the best quality to do the job as a training aid.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SPECIFIC PRODUCT
