This computer runs great! So easy to set up! Its my second time getting this computer and it really is a great value!

I play Sims 4 and this bad boy works wonderful for it with Mods and custom content. I've had two of these computers but the only reason why I had to buy a new one was because we had a power outage with the first one and it was in the middle of an update and the second one was broken by a speaker falling onto the back of the ports

Monitor stopped working within a couple of months of receiving. The insurance plan we purchased that was offered through amazon will not replace the monitor without us sending back the entire system and the amount they will refund will NOT even cover the price of repurchasing.

Only disappointment (so far, on the day of arrival):Processor is NOT compatible for the Win 11 upgrade.I'm not sure if it has Win 10 home or the advertised Win 10 Pro.MS OFFICE pre-installed, so it may be Win 10 Pro. (it also has "ms works" (which in my experience doesn't.)I don't know if the pro version also includes "works".Delivery was quick. Well boxed and padded.Others have mentioned the Wi-Fi adapter leaving much to be desired. The one that came with mine seems to be working fine.Overall, I am happy with it.While Win 10 won't be supported much longer, it should still work for years to come.I don't know yet if I will upgrade the CPU for the Win 11 upgrade.I'm pretty sure a new CPU will cost a bunch less than another new computer.UPDATE 04-24-25:I've had to change the USB port for the keyboard twice so far. It loses power.The "WATERPROOF" Keyboard I'm ordering on or around 05-01 has a jack. Hopefully that will put an end to losing power.

Computer is pretty much a mixed bag, especially at this price point. Pros: bigger moniter than was stated and the cpu was exactly as described in the specs. The Cons: wifi adapter sent with the computer does not work (looking at the reviews it seems it wasn't only me) luckily I had a spare one and the computer power cords are way too small. I have the computer on top of my desk and the surge protector has to be elevated off the ground just to plug it in. That part is kind of ridiculous. Overall I still feel like it was a good purchase but I'd prefer not needing to buy cord extensions. Hence the reason for 3/5 stars.

The media could not be loaded. Good for what we need it for my wife old laptop took along time to boot up this is way faster hope it last a while. The desk hasn't been cleaned off yet. It has 4 USB ports on front and 4 on back I think.The plastic on the base was cracked.

So what I received was a Dell SFF 790 not a 990 as advertised. It had 16gb ram and 1tb hdd as stated but to my delight it came with a i7 processor instead of the i5. The monitor sent measured at 22" across, much larger than the 15" stated in the listing. I really don't know if it works or how well as I picked up a 24" locally for $25 in anticipation of receiving a 15".This is a great budget computer that meets all your normal computer needs. The only thing I plan on doing is buying an RGB keyboard for better visibility and installing a small graffix card for a crisper display. I'll update if I experience any issues

Computer arrived fast monitor was a 22 inch instead of 17 in computer was a 3010 instead of a 990 every thing else was as advertised.
