I like this product and the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it's pricy for the amount of product you receive. But I really like the ease of use and the contents. Adds the moisture your looking for if you have itchy ears from dermatitis, dry skin or helps soften ear wax for easier removal.

This product is totally non-effective. It does not remove the itching from the ears at all. Request a refund for this useless item.

I've been plagued with itchy ears for as long as I can remember, and I've never been able to find a product to deal with this specific complaint, until I saw this one advertised on the internet. Thus far, I've only had to use it one time to remedy the situation! And I find that amazing! I also liked the fact that it dispenses as a spray, and thus didn't plug up my ears like drops often can.

I found this product too oily. I wear hearing aids and used it for 2 nights. After that I stopped because my ears had wax problems I have never had before. It felt as though the oils had congealed the wax and caused me great discomfort. I had to temporarily stop wearing my hearing aids. I used another earwax product Earwax MD to clean out my ears so I could wear my hearing aids again. In all fairness, the product does say if it is causing a problem to discontinue use
