05/17/24 -- Shipped from vendor with 'initial' delivery 05/16/24 - 05/20/24, instead showed up 05/16/24!!- Went thru the install, absolutely NO issues. No added blot ware, missing drivers, etc.- Went thru couple updates for Win10 with no problems.- Seems this can update to Win11, will see given its microsoft. It went thru checker, no issues.- Screen 100% good, no scratches, dead pixels, etc.- Had issue with power adaptor, vendor responded ASAP (same day, mins after contact) stating will send replacement!!- Laptop recharged both batteries in about 1 hrs. NO issues with them, and since they are removable going to order to more from AMZ next week as 'backups'.- Be forewarned, its a beast (boat anker) which was already pre known when ordering, but its solid show just be aware it will add weight if you intend to lug around in a backpack (e.g., why??).- the handle is NOT foldable but is removable via two (2) screws.- someone mentioned it 'rocking' on flat surface. I concur. It's really small not sure as to why, but it let it hang over edge of desk/table, it's not there. I've checked all bottom feet, they are all screwed in tight. its the right-front one that 'seems' off balance, but this is NOT an issue nor does it affect operations.- BOTH the RAM and SSD can be upgraded. Supports up to 64GB RAM. I have spare RAM going to try use from another laptop that finally died after using 24/7 for 8 years.- Checked all parts and pieces of unit 'if' new. EVERYTHING that can come with it, does!!! Even a stylus!!- the screen is also TOUCH enabled, which was a surprise.- Contacted my cell provider, gave them the IEMI number which they said will work on their infrastructure. Should have SIM card next week to find out.- I've had a lot of computers in my time, but have to say, this one is tops!!- Vendor is excellent, would not have second thoughts about getting another one in the future.Update 05/21/24 -- Got a SIM card from AT&T (after they confirmed IMEI would work).- plugged in, rebooted now have cellular network ability in addition to Wi-Fi and Ethernet.

I specifically needed a computer with Windows 10 as I work in automation and require to connect with equipment in which drivers and software are available for Windows 10. This laptop came with Windows 11 not with "Windows 10 Pro" as it says in the Product Name and Details.

I have had excellent experience with refurbished products from Amazon seller's and this was no different. They answered a question I had and shipped the Rugged Laptop quickly on the next business day. The laptop was securely packaged and arrived in great condition. This laptop was exactly what I ordered and in better shape than I expected. Although they didn't say they were including new batteries, it appears I have 2 new battery modules and they provide hours of operation. No one buys a rugged laptop with the expectation it is lightweight and this one is no exception. Ther screen is bright and all parts work exactly as I needed. Great Job Guys!

I got it used, and it arrived in perfect condition. Batteries life are both at 100% life and last for E-V-E-R.I'm running Ubuntu on it, which freezes randomly. But I think this has to do with the hardware rather than the fact it is used.

I was hoping it was touchscreen like all the other 5420’s but it wasn’t

Zero bloatware, no device errors, all ports functioning fine. Refurbish can be worrisome but they nailed it. Thanks!

Bought specifically for the cellular connection. Contacted dell and they said I would have to change the mother board to get it working right on both laptops. Ordered 2 others from another Amazon shop and they have everything

Works great and seems to hold up well for all my traveling. Only negative is that it doesn't sit flat on the table. There is a slight wobble.
