March 2022 Update:Unfortunately these don’t stick for long, although I have been wearing the same shoes almost everyday, they didn’t hold up for longer than a few months. But the issue could be fixed by using your own adhesives. Just a shame that the product itself didn’t have one strong enough, hence changing the review to four-star.Original Review:I got some time right now so I'm writing a review. And I'm writing it for this item as it honestly deserves one. I have two pairs of flats that I love but hurt the back of my feet so badly that I feared wearing them. Well not anymore, these liners REALLY helped. I forget I have them on and just go about my day in my beautiful shoes, now in comfort.Just be aware that they might make already small shoes tighter, mine had the little extra room.

They do not stick, fall off easily, do not support when in place inside your shoe. Actually the padding is so little there is none, your shoes still slip when walking. I doubled them and that's a mistake, they still fall off and do not support. Quality is poor. I am not using them, but opened and used some, so I cannot return. Thanks

I love these. I have a very slender foot which causes my heel to come up woth I walk. These has made such a difference. I've ordered several pairs and I will be ordering more til I have them in all my shoes. So glad I found these.

Every woman needs these. I put them in all my flats and they're perfect for heel comfort. I also keep these in my travel bag in case I need them. NOTE: I only use the soft fabric ones, not the rubber ones. The rubber ones bothered my heels and irritated my skin. I'm sure they would have wrecked my heels if I wore them. As for the fabric version? BUY THEM!

i have two pairs of doc martens that have not been broken in. if you know how doc martens are, you know they’re extremely durable and takes forever to break in. you also probably know they don’t make any half sizes. the high top ones hurt my heel and now i have the white cushion on and it doesn’t hurt anymore. it did make my feet feel like i had less room which wasn’t a problem for me but might if the shoe you want to wear is already a little to small.the shoes to the right were a little too big for my feet so i used to clear gel one and it helped make it not slip off. i noticed the clear ones are thinner. it worked perfect since i just needed a little bit.UPDATE: the clear one came off within two hours of me wearing it. i do walk quite a bit for work but i figured it would stay on better.
