Q: Is this made with Teflon?

I am not sure what coating it is, Teflon that I am aware is dark grey, this is like iPhone rose, it is extremely non stick. I had a video response to another guy- maybe you can search to find that.

Q: Where is this pan made?

Pretty sure it is made in China, though I have thrown away the packaging and pan is not marked.
