This is a good strong hose. No kinks or tangles, works great. Mine developed a bruise where I suspect I was rubbing it back and forth on my trailer while spraying. Anyway it finally burst. I checked Amazon and my return window was closed. Amazon still hooked me up with the seller and this was Saturday afternoon. They instructed me to send them some images which I did. The next DAY, SUNDAY there was a box in my driveway and I was puzzled because I was not expecting anything and there was a new hose in the box. They must have been throwing my new hose on the truck at the same time they were typing to me through Amazon. I got nothing but GOOD things to say about this customer service. They are on top of their game.

Got it fast, packaged well, great price , rugged hose that will not kink, comes with 2 3/8 quick connects @ half the price of others of way lesser quality will be using this brand from here on out. Whats there not to like, 5 Stars A++++++

Product meets my expectations.

I use this for power washing cars. The length is perfect and the hose rolls up very easily.

Wish I could find a vendor that has a quality control or atleast knows what one is. 60 minutes into using the hose for the first time, running at 2700 psi, which is substantially below it supposed rating, it Blew. What more can I say, the hose has one JOB, it failed, the manufacturer failed.VERY TROUBLED

Have used it for a solid 1 br and no issues just yet. Will upgrade the review in a few months if any issues. At this point I say go ahead its a great product and worth the money

This product looked amazing and the reviews seemed to back up the advertised robust build of the pressure hose. How wrong was I? I opened the box, product looked good. Connected to my pressure washer, and began pressure washing my pool deck. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes, the pressure hose formed a split/hole approximately mid way and deemed the product useless. DO NOT waste your money on this product. I have attempted to contact the seller directly with no response. I might as well have thrown $197 Australian dollars in the garbage, DO NOT buy this product.
