I did send this back, because I couldn't be bothered with an app, I just want to ride it, which was possible but it cuts out and won't go top speed.However I feel it should have a decent review because it packs 500w motor and 48v 15ah (claimed) battery into less than 20kg and 400 quid, which when you consider also the electric regenerative brake, which nearly sent me over the handle bars on first use , is quite astounding ! I believe that it is actually a no frills version of the Segway, which cost £700. What I'd love to do is take it apart and build an e-bike from the parts. But I couldn't think of a cost effective way to get the motor into the back wheel of a bicycle or whether I could bypass the software and it still work !!!!Any ideas people ?

Good scooter buzzing with it everything I hoped for and more , but the app to control it I can't even get into ,let's hope they update it but you can just not connect Bluetooth and it works just fine ,customer service is very good and very swift and helpful ,overall very good all round

I very much like the scooter but it’s a hard ride would have been better with pneumatic tyres

Working fine for the first 4 month. HOWEVER, it started to turn itself off from time to time! It happens very frequently to a point I left it there unused for 3 month. I asked the customer service to have it repair and them wanted me to send it back to them on May. Yet I didn't send it back cuz I was busy. After that I request for a fix again and they just don't respond me. What should I do with this piece of rubbish now?

Just need soften the front forks more,as vibration at speed is felt in the handle bars.Pneumatic 10"front wheel?Awesome purchase

Do not buy this scooter. Despite all the terrible reviews I went ahead and bought this. STUPID ME! Cost me 500 and nearly my life.Warning the scooter is delivered with all the screws loose and some missing which means once you start riding it will break apart from under your feet.What's worse is the breaks do not work ... so not only could this scooter of killed me but also someone who was simply walking down the St.Plus amazon does nothing about this and continues ro sell itawful

Good scooter quick and easy assembly good product

I've had a few scooters Iver the years, some good some crap, but this one is best yet. Fun, feels safe, big, fast enough. Looks good and very tidy.
