This is a tale of an extraordinary foamer and even more extraordinary customer service. First - the foaming. I've had a number of Nespresso Foamaccinos in different countries. For some reason, it foams up some milks, others not. I've tested theories as to why (it often seems like organic wouldn't foam, which makes no sense, but anyway) - suffice it so say foamless milk from a frother is sad. This foamer, however, has never failed to froth a milk, fresh or old, organic or not. And it has super foam and medium foam (as well as cold foam). So bottom line - it's inexpensive and works great.But, if like me, you appreciate award-winning customer service, read on. I lost the electric base of the foamer - (100% our fault) and tried to buy a replacement. But base-only was not for sale - except for used on E-bay for basically the price of a new one (makes no sense). So on a lark, because I honestly did NOT even expect a reply in this mostly customer service free world - I sent an email. What followed was a beautiful dialogue about the foamer, my wish to BUY a replacement base, and... They sent me a NEW base for free.Now I'm sure I (or they) can't promise to do that. But finding an awesome product backed by a responsive company is about as good as it gets in the cold world of on-line shopping.

I love the frother but what makes it standout is the excellent customer care. After nearly daily use for 5 months, it stopped working. I thought “well that was a waste” but decided to contact the vendor. Wow! Prompt , professional response and resolution within a day. I was given a refund and have ordered a replacement. Great customer service makes all the difference.

The BEST frother in the business. When I tell you I will not be purchasing another stupid mixer ever again! This works amazing! I make my cold foam in it every morning I even was able to make whipped cream with it surprisingly. It foams greatly, very strong, not that heavy, and can completely mix in any powders. Like your matcha!

I absolutely LOVE this product!! I’ve bought it for friends who also love it. It warms the cream, can store what isn’t used, and creates restaurant quality foam! It can make cold foam also. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. It’s wonderful!

UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me about the issue and voluntarily wanted to make things right. I will absolutely purchase from this seller again. They care about their buyers experience with their product.I would give a 5 star review because it works fantastic! Literally only use the heat/froth setting for my coffee. 2 months into having it it stopped frothing and only would heat it for the frothing button. I have purchased it before and the first one I owned worked for way longer. Very disappointing because now I have to find a another one that will be worth my money and last longer.

Bought this in July 2022, and after nearly 3 years of using it 4 times a week, it’s finally time to replace it — and I’m buying the exact same one again. No hesitation. This milk frother is AMAZING. It’s reliable, easy to use, and delivers perfect froth every time. Don’t think twice — just get it.

Update: I am changing my star rating to 4 stars because of my EXCELLENT experience with the company's customer service dept, who promptly answered my email over the weekend and ultimately gave me a full refund after asking for a short video demonstrating the issue. I will be buying another one as I believe this one could've been defective because when it worked, it produced perfect, thick foam for cappuccinos and airy, light foam for lattes (not to mention the sleek design). I will update my review here after another 3 months if this new one stops working.Bought in Jan, stopped working in March. Heats milk but stops frothing it, so just comes out as hot milk. Tried steps in troubleshooting but they don't work (unplug/plug back in). Don't buy this!

It is easy to wash. It works quickly. Use for froth for latte, and for heating milk - child loves it, too. Easy to operate and a child can do it as well. Happy with the purchase and purchased a 2nd one to give as a gift.Update:Daily I use one or twice to go with coffee. The care instruction does mention not to -- paraphrase -- soak it in water, to prevent damaging the control circuits.Never put in dishwasher. Clean and wash the inside. Unavoidable the outside may get a little wet. Clean with care as anyone would.Yet, the unit stops working after 8 months.It is a shame. Perhaps it can be designed a bit better to not fail, which I suspect is due to water damage circuits
