This foundation has exceeded all of my expectations and has quickly become my go-to for flawless coverage.First of all, the shade range of this foundation is amazing. I got this after seeing my friend use it. I personally love it and have stocked up in case it gets discontinued. These are my reasons for liking it so much:I am in my sixties and don’t want a foundation look. This gives a dewy, glowy finish that women my age seek. My friend applies powder to hers, but I don’t. I wait for it to dry. I love the sponge applicator. I get a light shade and it is a perfect match to my skin colour. I wait for it to come on a 3-for-2 offer at you-know-where to make it better value as it barely lasts a month.Here’s why you might not like it:It is very light coverage, almost invisible.It only lasts about a month. Due to the design, you will not be able to squeeze out any last drops like you can with tubes.You need to twist the cap at least 25 times to get it started when new.It can vary in consistency, I have been through a few of them and some seem better than others.You need to let it sit and dry. It is quite shiny, even oily, when you put it on. So if you are in a rush, it might not be for you.It can make your eyes sting sometimes.All in all, a far-from-perfect product. But I do love it. I hope they continue to make it.

I bought this thinking it could work as an all-in-one product for medium skin with yellow undertones. While the coverage is decent and leans toward medium to full, I didn’t notice the product “self-adjusting” to my skin tone as advertised. The sponge applicator applies makeup well but isn’t ideal for blending and gets messy over time. The product consistency is medium to thick, but it tends to settle into fine lines, which contradicts its anti-aging claims. So, I'd been searching for years for a suitable base layer/foundation suitable for my situation. I've tried high-end, mid-range, low-range - You name it. I was looking for a base that evened out my skin, gave some coverage and concealing and a primer. Many, many failed products later, and I'd just go back to using Maybelline's Eraser where I needed and a bit of powder.I have combination skin which can look oily, but also I'm now 40, so around my eyes are losing elasticity and foundations quickly set in every line. I needed something not matte, but also not too glowy . . . .. . . In comes this product. Perfection for me! Light coverage that evens skin tone, a light glow (without looking oily), conceals with a primer. On a budget. It's like a dream come true.Highly recommend! Should work for every age group. But I'd definitely recommend for older ladies.

Product faulty. Leaking white fluid. Made a real mess. Went on my clothes. Hardly any colour rising through sponge even after shaking. Refund request just directs you to Maybelline customer service who directed me back to Amazon. Unable to return/replace or refund. It's gone in the bin and I'm not happy!

I saw this featured on This Morning for their 3 products you need to get ready in 3 minutes piece on the 13th February 2024. It’s very easy to apply to the face with the sponge top that I blend out with a foundation brush. It blends in very quickly, is light and gives great full coverage. After the first use I was so impressed by how refreshed my face looked and glowing. My face no longer looks cakey. I love now just using 1 product instead of 4 of moisturiser, primer, concealer and foundation. I use an alternative to the multi stick used for cheeks, lips & eyes in the feature. My makeup now takes me a lot less time in the mornings for work. I’ve ditched my £40 foundation that I was using before. Finally since using this my face feels so much softer & less dry!
