The media could not be loaded. At first, I was frustrated with assembling it because I didn’t know it actually clicks in every area but then when we found out that it clicks together made things a lot better, problem is that it doesn’t bring instructions. Once assemble it’s perfect for hamsters and mice. Overall, it’s great for the price and a good size for two hamsters. I had bought them a very big and expensive cage and it was very hard because it was too big to clean plus they kept making a mess at the top and everything just kept falling out but with this one it’s way easier to clean and the mess is contained at the bottom. Just don’t put bedding on the top top should be an exercise and treat area. Price is great for the cage.

Somehow, my pet was injured almost immediately once I put her in the enclosure. Upon checking, there were sharp edges on the inside I did not catch on assembly(I tried to be through)This product is very poorly made, hard to assemble, no instructions, smaller than advertised... Everything about it was wrong.I should have paid closer attention to the reviews.My baby will be okay, BUT DO NOT BUY THIS FOR ANY PET!!!

My ten year old wanted a hamster so she has bought everything herself including this cage. We ordered the small one and it is small. Definitely not suitable for a teddy bear hamster or likewise so we had to make sure we got a small hamster which was fine. It is not the best quality and feels like the parts will break when putting together, but we were careful and they didnt. the bedding comes out the top which is typical for wire type cages. it is super cute and my daughter loves it but i would not purchase again.

Exactly as described. This cage is small. Nothing bigger than dwarf hamster and it may be small for that. Water bottle is extremely small. Somewhat Difficult to assemble due to quality of parts

It was really good but hard to assemble. The tubes didn't go in easy and one we couldn't get in without breaking the entire thing. Material was good. Plastic is always a good choice for hamster cages. Cleaning was easy. Value for money was good. I returned it because we ended up not getting a second hamster, otherwise I totally would have kept it!!! Awesome, thanks!Be sure to check out my other reviews on Amazon!

Has actual directions for assembly. Water bottles have poor attachment, the fall down when Syrian Hamster drinks, the water bottles leak. Can't return, assembled and put Hamsters in the cage.

Easy to put together and cute design. Mice seem to like it alot! Wish it was expandable though.

No instructions, hard to put together, pieces are flimsy and don’t fit together well. No “hamster ball”, smaller than pictured. I would not get this for any hamster. Plastic parts are warped making assembly difficult. Horrible, false advertising!
