Fit and works for 2012 BMW 328i
Perfect fit and worked great for 2012 BMW 328i. Installation was easy and charged the battery back to original spec. Working great now for two months, happy with purchase. Much cheaper than OEM part.

Quality alternator for our 2014 BMW x3 original failed at 154k this one fit perfect and output is a steady 14.6VAs you know with X3 sits under oil cooler so try to keep alternator clean for longer life. Good luck installing remove the air box!

Late delivery.... Updated: Not so late. Alternator for and works fine.
Update: Item arrived about an hour after I posted this review. Install went fine. Only ran the car for about 15 minutes but the voltage is upwards of 14v with the head lights on so I know the alternator is working.4 stars unless it becomes defective.New update. After driving for a day the alternator is working A-okay. Will update if I have any issues.Original review:I ordered from Amazon because they said the alternator would arrive sooner than another option. It was supposed to arrive yesterday but it did not. For the same price I could have gotten an alternator from the other source delivered today, or tomorrow for $50 less. I took my car a part yesterday expecting the part to arrive so my car has been sitting without power. Not happy.Ordered on Sep. 27th, was supposed to arrive Sep. 30th. Last night it said arriving Oct. 3rd. Didn't ship until today saying it will arrive today, I don't believe it.... (FYI: it did arrive today.)
