Great pan for making crepes! I love this pan! It's light weight, yet very sturdy, which is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend! Good price, for good quality and a great pan for other food items besides crepes! Easy to handle and easy to clean!

This crepe pan does an excellent job of turning out terrific crepes. Even if I flub and don’t heat the pan sufficiently before adding the batter the crepe still comes out great - and no sticking! I’m hooked on crepes! I have to say, however, that I have not yet learned how to use the little wooden hoeing device. By the way, I use the recipe for crepes that is in the 17th edition of The Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook.

Purchased for usage on a RV Induction cooktop. Pan is VERY lightweight. Handle must be attached. Pan is aluminum with a steel plate to enable induction cooking. Heats very fast. The thin pan body doesn't distribute heat very well beyond the physical size of the induction "burner" area. Pan center is VERY hot, along outside edge, not so much. Took a little practice. Cooking at a lower heat setting definitely helped. Outside raised edge is not very high. Easy to launch food! Comes with a wooden crepe spreader.For and inexpensive flat pan, works better than OK.

However, during high-heat cooking sessions, I noticed the pan's base became slightly bumpy, affecting its smooth cooking surface.While the granite coating promises even heat distribution and induction compatibility, this issue with the base's texture was a drawback for consistent cooking. Despite this, the included spreader was handy for crepe preparation, and the pan remained easy to clean.

We like crepe’s. The pan is light weight and easy to use. Good size for crepes

I expected to receive a new pan, but instead I was shocked when I opened the package and saw this nasty used pan. 😳

I’ve made crepe cakes, pancakes and eggs using this pan and honestly it’s such a great tool to have on the kitchen. Cooked my crepe evenly and the cake came out great! Great value for the money.
