UPDATE: Eight Months after purchase…
Below is my original review. I thought it would be best to post an update for those that are considering these panels. I’ve had them for enough time and through a season to update with real specs:See my photo! These panels deliver FULL wattage to your storage and loads. I have these in series/parallel for my 24v controller and inverter. It’s summer 2024 and the other day we had a power outage affecting 5k homes in the area. My shop was running as if nothing happened. Full on AC, compressor, lights, power tools, chargers. These panels pushed 15a @24v with no problems. The panels are staggered in age yet they all perform the same and deliver to my storage array and grid. 4 of these are enough to power my shop for 6+ hours. The next day, my storage was full by 8am. Granted this is summer, however this is the ideal time to rate these and judge them for what they can do. Some other reviewers state they don’t deliver but I can assure you that my panels deliver equally, efficiently and are working well with the environment they are in. I hope this update helps inform you to the longevity of these panels.I purchased these panels 2 at a time last summer and I now own 8 total. It’s been more than six months post deployment and I have to say that I am extremely overjoyed by the results of these panels. One did arrive completely shattered but the customer support is amazing and I had another panel on my door in a few days. These are durable to a point but they are made of glass so if you get a broken one, don’t sweat it!I configured my panels to work as series/parallel to a solar combiner box. From my solar combiner, I send the combined power to a controller that then sends the power over to a bank of LiON batteries @1200ah 24vdc. In turn, a mega beefy 240v@60hz inverter draws from the batteries at 24vdc and sends two phase AC over to the ATS (Auto Transfer Switch) that controls the balance between line and inverter. This winter, the biggest draw was my electric shop heater which runs on a timer. Most of the winter months, I managed to see a daily use of pure solar to power my entire shop. Only a few days in January did I see the switch trip over to line power. Thanks to these panels, I can run my shop exclusively on solar! My compressor, lights, tools and even my welder all are powered by solar! The whole situation would be impossible if it were not for the affordable cost of these panels. I plan to add a few more and push my luck with charging an EV using solar. I just need more storage and I’m golden! This is a fantastic purchase and the price is cutting the competition in half!

Good value and performance.
Just picked up a pair of the JJN bifacial 200w panels and so far so good. They arrived packaged well with no damage. They look great with the black aluminum frame. They seem to be well made both panels looked very consistent in build quality. The panel size is manageable to maneuver and install. They are functioning as intended, I snapped a screenshot at the highest I saw which was 393w and that was not even trying to aim the panels properly. Good value for the money when they are on sale. I will be picking up another pair on the next sale.

A good panel to upgrade to
These panels work perfectly with my system. They are more efficient than the 100w panels that I replaced with these panels. And they work better. I now got 6 of these 400w bi-facial panels on the same system. And they better fulfill my solar needs than the panels that I replaced them with. These were the perfect upgrades to my solar array.

Efficient
I’ve been living on off grid solar for about 4 years in a converted cargo trailer. I upgraded 1 array of old panels from 4 150w 5bb Newpowa to these 4 200w 10bb bifacial panels. I’d like to express that I feel as though most people trying to transition to or make a small investment to observe the impact of solar on their energy bills expect far too much from their panels or do not fully comprehend what’s required for maximizing efficiency via controller, array voltage ect. That being said, I live in the Midwest but travel constantly. I use these panels at many varying circumstances ie: elevations and climates. The efficiency is hard to accurately touch on since these panels have twice the bus bar count as my last. However, the charge I get at high noon on direct sunlight with a white backdrop in the Midwest is close to 700w while achieving the FULL RATE 800W in other areas of the country. The factor of the bifacials downfall is the panels are a bit more flimsy feeling than mono panels.; this does not make them “cheap” and does not make them necessarily more or less durable than other panels depending on the application. At a solid mount it should remain a non-factor and in my case of being hinge mounted to the side of a bouncy moving cargo trailer; I’ve had no issues with cracking, warping or ot cosmetic issues. All in all I would recommend these panels to anyone looking to upgrade. I have 800W powering a 48v inverter 150ah battery and it power my house. I will purchase an additional 800W series to run in parallel and am confident that will maintain my usage through winter months. In summation, most efficient panels I’ve used and recommend for any application.Update.Today I am pulling 907W with 800w of these panels. Will definitely be running these for the foreseeable future
