This couch is beatiful, but quite possibly the hardest and most uncomfortable couch I've ever tried to lay down on. If you want a photo worthy livingroom but don't plan to spend much time in it, this is your couch. Or maybe you're into hard couches--everyone's different... But if I had it to do over, I'd get something else.

I love the looks of this couch. And everyone who sees it likes it. The height is great as well. But oh my, it's pretty firm to sit on. I love an afternoon nap on a sofa but this one is just too hard. Hoping over time it will soften a bit.And as for the raves about customer service, I got no service at all. I was notified the delivery would be late. It was not. The guys dropped a huge cardboard box inside the door and left.

Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase, from the delivery/customer service, the comfort, design itself, to the overall addition it brings to my living room. If you're looking for a brown leather couch, this couldn't be a better option. The couch is honestly very comfortable from the start and after some time, becomes even better. The leather is great quality, something I see lasting for years to come which I couldn't be happier about. Overall, this couch is a 10/10 in my book and would highly recommend to anyone interested.

The Varese Top Grain Leather Sofa is everything I'd hoped it would be - I really based my order on all of the stellar reviews, and now l'm adding mine to them.It's gorgeous, clearly high quality: super stable, thick and soft leather, and great stitching.I love a firm couch - and this is on the firmer side.Also, the back cushions are removable, but have material to keep them from sliding down.The cognac color is great, lighter than many couches - like a baseball mitt. I'm beyond pleased with my new couch and definitely recommend!
