Effective for relaxing night sleep
Product has great real fruit flavor, not fake candy taste. Relaxes you enough to induce sleep without feeling groggy the next day. Have tried several and it has been the best option so far, have added to subscribe and save for better pricing and adequate supply.

Effective gummies
Only used a couple of nights but are effective to promote good nights sleep.I wanted another gummie with same ingredients that was sugar free.They have similar doses of Melatonin and Magnesium.Taste is somewhat bland but overall happy with sleep gummies.

easy to eat sleep gummies
I've used several sleep products for family members and this particular gummy sleep product dosen't do such a great job. You have to take two gummies to get 5mg of melatonin. So been trying this product for almost a week, and it doesn't seem to work as well as other products I've tried for my family member. It works, but doesn't seem great at it.Updated:So I've continued onto the second bottle and after some time, I like to update from 3 stars to 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars, but I make a policy to not give 5 stars for companies not providing 3rd party test results. Sacred Roots is owned by Clever Foods & Supplements, LLC in Texas formed around 2021. They have a GMP certified facility and after the second bottle...the sleep supplement is gentle enough to take daily... some days even two gummies is not enough for my family member. I take just one and and I can feel the effects of just 2.5g of melatonin. It taste good enough and I haven't seen any side effects and I wanted to provide update to this supplement.

Great Sleeping Aid

Happy with product, not with packaging
Twice now i have received a bottle with either no safety seal or it wasn't sealed properly. SHAME ON THE MANUFACTURER!
