No regrets
Beautiful double kennel! It's decently heavy and very sturdy, so the girls can't bully their way out (not that they want to), or knock stuff off of it. Each kennel is much larger than their old kennels, so they have plenty of room to lay down and stretch out and even stand. The fact that it doubles as a TV stand is great. The doors are easy to use. They work smoothly and open fully, so they don't stick out for us to run into when we're not paying attention. Both girls (Husky Mixes) love their new kennels. Getting them to use their old kennels was a fight some days, but now, they willingly spend a ton of time in them just to relax and nap.

Love this! Get it!
We’ve had this for two weeks and love it!! Way better than having two big crates, and adds counter space if needed. Our cats have been loving laying on top. I love the wooden color and the color of the steal it’s like a black but not extremely dark. Dogs seem comfy in the crate as well and fit very nicely. Assembly does require 2 people and the boxes are heavy but once you build it it’s pretty easy to move around to the desired area. If you are still potty training maybe wait to get something like this though because you can’t remove the bottom, it is “wood” so not sure how it would hold up if dealing with an untrained puppy. It is perfect for potty trained dogs though and has been pretty sturdy, and escape proof so far because of the locking system. Our dogs are 3 and 1 year old bully breeds about 70 pounds each.

Pretty good for the price, just annoying to put together
So, a couple things that need to be noted:It will more than likely come in two packages, with the second one coming another day than the first one. Both boxes will be awful to carry in. I also did not receive the tracking for the second box until I reached out to customer service through amazon. I also do not believe for a second these reviews that said a single person could finish this in 2 hours. My partner and I took about 2.5 hours to finish, and that's with doing everything correctly (minus one backwards piece that was an easy fix). I also think the weight would make it near impossible to do alone because it is a heavy piece of furniture, especially because it has you build it upside down. The goods:It definitely holds a significant amount of wait as my partner and I could lean on it without moving (and we're both bigger men). The latches on the doors seem sturdy and like they will keep the doors closed, even with a dog that tends to slip out. The wood seems well-made and like it could hold up against scratching or chewing dogs. The gaps in the bars are also wide enough that I don't think we'll worry about our dogs getting caught when they scratch. It is also quite tall and attractive, so it will definitely fit in as an entertainment center in that room. I also felt like the pieces were well labeled. With the two boxes, it came with two sets of instructions, which was nice and made it easier to put together. The not goods:So with what I said about the wood being well made, some parts were somewhat chipped, which could be due to transport or mishandling. It does make quite a bit of noise if moved or rocked a bit, so that could get annoying. Also, a lot of the screws were annoying to put in and had to be adjusted just to allow proper drilling as some would not line up unless you were pushing up from the bottom. The nails and screws were mixed together in bags. Now, you'd think it's for the sections where they go together. For us, that was not the case. Some were just mixed in, so we had to figure out what was what as they were just thrown together. Also, with how the screws and nails fit, we tried to use our drill to make it easier, but often, the nails or screws were not always working with the drill. We often had to use the little hex keys instead, which made it take longer.I would say it is worth it, even for the price, but I guess we'll see with the dogs staying in it.

Space is sufficient
I was looking for a different type of crate for my 2 GSP's. I saw a picture of one and inquired about it. I took a chance a purchased it. Although a bit on the pricey side, it basically is a piece of furniture. I liked that there were 2 separate spaces, but you can make it one large space. At first, I wasn't so sure that my 65-pound GSP would be able to fit, especially with a bed inside, but he does. he is able to move around in it. The 44 lb GSP has no problem. Because they are both young, we wanted them side by side. They did share a crate together at one point. The 65 lb guy is only 11 months old and figure out how to get out of the other crate, if we didn't latch it the right way. He has not figured out how to get out of this one. They have been using this for a month now and so-far, so good. I was able to put most of this together by myself, until the very end and then needed my husbands help. It is large and heavy, but very sturdy. If you don't mind spending a few extra dollars, it is well worth it.

Recovered in 2 packages 2 days apart
We are very happy with our crate! And the dogs liked it because they got treats for going inside. They weren’t used to it at first so it took some coaxing but they both fit well in it and they don’t have to hunch over when they sit up. The poodle mix looks like he’s brushing the top but that’s just because his hair is so poofy. The biggest concern we had was that when it was delivered we got the metal pieces and one wooden piece one day and we thought it was a mess up because the other wooden pieces didn’t come with it. They arrived 2 days later. Probably because of weight limits. My husband used our power drill to make things easier but it technically came with everything you need to build and all of the holes for screws lined up very well. It is solid and nice! Finally our room isn’t stuffed full of dog crates! Plenty of room for both the Rottweiler-lab mix and the standard poodle-unknown mix to relax and sit upright!

Broken Bolts
Overall it was easy to put together. Some of the holes didn't line up with bolts very well so they went in crooked. The bolts in the top boards that were already inserted were not secured very well into the board. Almost stripped out. The black bolts wouldn't tighten. The top of the kennel just pops right off.

Not strong
I would give this a 0 stars if I could. The first time my dog was in it he broke out.
