Toilet high enough that riser is not needed
Love this toilet. It saves on water, yet has a super flush system that keeps you bowl nice and clean. Good purchase. Highly recommend for the disabled.

EXCELLENT PURCHASE!!!
I ordered one of these toilets a few months ago, and had it installed in our master bathroom. My husband and I liked it so much that we purchased the exact same toilet a few weeks ago, and installed it in another bathroom in the house. I'm hoping that, in the future, we continue to like these as much as we do now! The flush is indeed powerful, as mentioned in other reviews, and the "push button" (not a perfect description) mechanism for flushing is unique and VERY SIMPLE to use. My husband and I are both over 80 years old, and we REALLY NEEDED a tall toilet. In fact, we added a "toilet riser" to both toilets when we had them installed, and now the height is about 24 inches in total. This height is perfect for both of us, and I am VERY pleased!

Great for tall people
This toilet works great, but is too high for me. I use a small stool to ensure that my feet touch the ground when using it. But it works great for my husband. I am 5'2", he is 6'2" and has bad knees, so I made the sacrifice. It is nice, so I don't mind.

A wonderful toilet for anyone.
No more struggling to get up when you are a senior or handicapped. Also wonderful for a person who has back problems as I do with six fractures. I have only had it for a month and find the quality to be good and it is easy to clean. I like the water saving feature with the double flush so I don't not waste water. It is working very good so far.

Seat is regressing. Weird!
Height and flushing capacity is great but just like someone else had mentioned the only drawback to this item is the weird regressing seat.

good and sturdy
the toilet is definitely for tall people. it was easy to install as well. i love the dual power flush. worth the purchase.

Terrible product
The back of this toilet does not sit right and wobbles, the bolts to attach it to the base include strange pieces and give inadequate directions for completion. Additionally the base bolts are too long and not break away. Used a dremmel to cut them which ruined the porcelain. Internal components are cheap. The seat is also wobbly and cheap. Lots of splash back from, using it. Terrible product, please change the design, thankfully it does flush. It’s also too tall for my 6’1” husband
