Arrived very quickly. Easy to assemble (loved the video for reference). Very comfortable with fun bells and whistles. No complaints here. Chair is very attractive as well.

This chair is amazing! For only a few hundred dollars, the quality of this chair is similar to chairs near $1,000. I paid $300 plus shipping and I am surprised at the sturdiness and quality of this chair. The cushioning feels very supportive. The frame is strong and sturdy. I love the reclining and standing up features. The message and heat are a nice extra touch. It is so great to have a charging port on the side of the chair and not 1 but 2 cup holders. I had a small hiccup with a box being ripped on delivery which caused a tear on one side panel of the chair. The customer service was fantastic!! They easily took my information and sent me a replacement piece right away. THRILLED WITH THIS PURCHASE!!!

Item came in two separate boxes in a timely manner. The items were very easy to put together, and instructions were very easy to follow. The recliner is very comfortable, and not too hard, or not to squishy soft. It has just the right amount of cushion, everywhere it is needed. I would recommend this recliner to somebody, looking for an electric massage, medium size recliner.

I bought this chair for my MMO. I did a lot of research to find a chair that had a lift and would be comfortable to sleep as well, this one came with massage, heat and the cup holders, side pockets and the USB plug was VERY helpful during my recovery. Very easy to assemble, no required tools and simple instructions.As some reviews mentioned, hope you notice that this will be shipped in two boxes that may not arrive at the same time. The first box came very fast, I ended contacting the seller and telling him my surgery date and he assured me I would get the second box on time for my surgery. Sure enough I received the second box few days after the email. Awesome customer service! :-) I was planning to sell the chair after my recovery but decided to keep it, the heat and massage works great, lays almost flat and the lift works as it should, stands you right up. Great chair for the price!

We are elderly & disabled. We do not have the physical ability to disassemble, pack, ship & return the very large recliner to you. We also do not have the money, boxes and packing materials . And we are not going to hire it done.We paid for a new chair and it broke in less than a month leaving my 73 year old wife stranded up in the air in the full recline position. You need to stand behind your recliner and make it good.. We paid $370.00 and all we have to show for it is a broken chair.You can either send a repair technician to the house on give us a full no return refund.This A to Z refund process has done nothing for us so far.Sincerely,Alfred Kiser

I’m so happy I purchased this. I don’t plan on ever getting rid of this chair. It looks very nice and higher end than it costs. I liked this product because the cup holders, side pockets, electronic recline, and USB port I use to charge my phone make it very functional. The cushioning is extremely comfortable. The massage function is what you would expect at this price point. It vibrates, it’s not a shiatsu. That being said, I’m surprised by how stress relieving the massage can be. It doesn’t feel like much at first, but now I have a nightly routine of watching tv with the heated massage before bed. Anytime I’m stressed or anxious I have a sit in this chair. By the time I make my way to bed I feel elated and so relaxed. It’s the same feeling as if I were coming from the massage parlor. This is a great chair, it’s well worth the money.
