Get super hot
Gets super hot. Ive had a heat sterilizer before and it didnt get this hot. You cant use regular blue pouches , buy heat specific ones or put them in the pouch after.

Broken!
The media could not be loaded. Came with a broken leg, broken in half. At first I thought it was not so bad, I would glue it. BUT! It does not work. The heating elements do not heat. Why send something that does not work, check it before sending!

Does the job
There are no trays included to hold implements, so you have to provide your own or put your implements directly on the racks (the photos in the item listing should indicate the trays are not included). That said, the sterilizer does the job, it's easy to use and heats up quickly. The timer makes a light clicking/ticking noise as it counts down - not a huge deal unless you plan to use it in a very quiet spa atmosphere.
