This sealant was easy to apply and is water repellent. Very pleased with the results.

Good quality sealant.
Good quality sealant. Easy application, goes on and spreads like water. Make sure you calculate how much you need for the job (i.e. 1 quart = 50-100 sq ft of surface). Would have been nice to have a little more volume for the listed price.

Stone sealer
Very good product . Easy to apply . Dries fairly quick . Sealed out dirt and water very well.

Left a White Haze On My Flagstone
Maybe I put this on wrong (I used a roller and sprayer) but where I rolled it on there is a white haze on the flagstone. It does repel water pretty good but the haze looks bad. Will look for another product next time.

White powdery spots
Scrubbed slate and applied with pump sprayer. Lots of white powdery spots appeared when dry, Not sure what to do now.

On your own when the product fails. White circles left on many patio stones.
Not happy with the results. The product was easy to apply to my clean patio stones but it left white circles on some of the stones and there is no one to help tell you what to do when the product reacts this way. I ran out of the product quicker than expected and had to buy a second bottle, a painful choice given the results from the first bottle.
