Been taking these for a few weeks. I can tell a difference in how feel. They’re great

I’ve been taking these vitamins for about two weeks now, and I’ve definitely noticed a big boost in my energy levels. Plus, I’ve been going to the bathroom regularly. My iron levels were low, but they’re back up now, so I’m hoping to see the full results after a month. The vitamins definitely work! I just don’t love that there are five different pills, but it’s manageable. They’re easy to swallow, I usually take two first, then the other three after a meal, with a whole bottle of water.

The taste is gross. I love the individual packs though.

Truly feel better the week I started taking this vitamin set, I have more energy, feel better and most rested. good value for 5 different vitamins and don’t make my stomach upset eat when taken with food

I’ve been taking these for a week and I feel so much better. I was exhausted all day every day. I feel a lot better now and will continue with this product. It’s convenient to grab and go. However, eat something before you take them in the morning. I have no upset stomach as long as I have something in my belly.

I decided to try these after reading lots of positive reviews but I will have to say unfortunately these are not for me! The taste was not very pleasant, nor was the taste of your "burps" throughout the day. felt a tad good the first day then the following week I felt very tired, nauseous. May have been too much "vitamin" for me, I'm not sure. What works for one may not work for another.

Great product, love that it is packed for each day makes the grab and go so much easier.

Omgggg these pills are true MAGIC!. At 42 yrs of age I started to feel a giant depletion in my energy levels. I haven’t been feeling like myself and my hair started thin. After the first day I felt soooo much energy, my vitality had peaked I started to feel more happiness and movement. Also my stomach started to loosen (from the bloating feeling). My hair and nails are more stronger (3weeks if taking pills my hair is growing out ).These are now part of my daily routine.
