It was not hard putting mixture together. My hair looks geat. I only wished they had something for grey/white hair.

Don't use the boosters directly on your hair! I really didn't know what I was getting here and originally assumed these were meant to go right on your hair as some sort of a pre/post treatment.The boosters go directly into the shampoo/conditioner. Pour them in and then mix / shake as best you can. There's enough room in the bottles so you can add the boosters right away. I don't see any reason why you can't add all at once. The official site didn't seem to indicate that it'd be a problem.I'm not sure how much value these boosters actually have. It's hard to tell if they're actually providing any value overall. But the shampoo and conditioner work well and smell really good. They have a clean, fruity/floral scent.My wife wanted this for the kiddo and they both seem to like it. I think the value is a bit on the poor side but when it comes to things like this, I understand that the price can be worth the results. And since the girls like it, I guess that's all that matters.What I liked about it: Cleans and conditions well. Good scent.What I didn't like: Questionable performance of boosters.Overall, my girls recommend this shampoo & conditioner.

This hair shampoo and conditioner have a lovely fragrance to them, and are a great size for the price. My wife and I both really enjoy these and plan to order more

Causes dry brittle hair

I'm reviewing: Function of Beauty Curly Hair Shampoo + Conditioner (11 oz Each) + Curl Definition, Anti-Frizz & Lengthen #HairGoal Boosters Set - Sulfate-Free - Define, Shape and Moisturize Natural Curls- I lived in a very humid climate: my hair is still a bit frizzy when I go outside, but when it's 100% humidity I guess you can't expect miracles lol.- I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put all 3 boosters in the shampoo, or what (directions weren't clear), is I just put all 3 in and hoped for the best lol.- My hair feels clean and not overly dry.

I have dry curly/frizzy hair so "taming" it can be a challenge. In addition I live in a very humid part of the country and most people know what high humidity does to frizzy hair. With that being said I have to say that this shampoo and conditioner combo seem to do a decent job for me. I have mixed opinions about the boosters that can be added. One is for curl definition, one for anti-frizz, and one for lengthening. I've added all 3 to both the shampoo and conditioner and I can't honestly say that it makes a lot of difference in how my curls look or the frizz factor. I've only used the product a few times both before and after adding the boosters because I wanted to determine if they made a difference and I did not notice a big difference after adding the boosters. However, I would think someone in a less humid environment would truly benefit from using this product.

I had heard of this brand but never tried it before now. I am a total convert! The smell is amazing and it has made my hair so soft. I love that it came with the little ampules to target it towards my specific needs as well!

Of course I couldn’t resist adding all of the boosters. I just couldn’t decide which ones to use because they all sounded good! You get to feel a little like a mad scientist. :DI have long, greying, lightly bleached, 2B/C hair. I only wash my roots, and I only condition the length. I squish to condish and air dry, and this set really brings the curl out in my hair!
