Peligrosas e incómodas
Hago Crossfit y tengo problemas de tenisinovitis necesitaba algo que me protegiera las palmas de las manos y a la vez las muñecas . No tengo protección en el primer uso ya se me está levantando la piel además que no hay agarre con la barra , son resbalosas 😵💫🫣 . Y las muñequeras son muy incómodas .

Excellent for your wrist, grip must be improved for powerlifting
The reason what I took off 1 star id because the grips reduce my deadlift by about 10-15%. With the grips on, i can hardly lift 430. Without them i do 470 for 2 reps. Nevertheless design is greay and the wrist wraps are top. My focus is more hypertrophy and powerliftibg as opposed to crossfit, i think perhaps for someone that just do crossfit this grips will give a much better experience than mine. Still great i just think i would look for more specific powerlifting pair next time.

Superb wrist protection.
It provides better wrist protection compared to other gloves. I think my wrist pain is healing - thank you !The only thing is my left wrap is longer than the right. I think it got mixed up!
