I use this weekly on my cat, it works super well. Makes him smell extra fresh and he feels soft once it dries!

Of all the waterless shampoos I was considering purchasing, I bought this one because it came with a brush and because of the reviews I read. I have a 16 yr old arthritic cat who has other health issues and she does not groom herself anymore. She is a little neurotic, so I know that giving her a bath would be traumatic, so that is not an option for us.What I like:I used this product today, and it does seem to refresh her fur, though it is obviously not the same as real grooming. She did not mind me putting it on her, but knowing my cat is neurotic and fussy, I applied the foam in my hands and then rubbed it on her. It really helped remove some of the excess fur. The brush is great and she really seems to like it. I did notice that I did not brush her well enough before it dried, so it left residue, but it was easy to brush out even after it dried. I think I will have to experiment with my application technique to get the most out of these baths. I am interested to see how it will perform over time if I use it once or twice a week.My opinion of the smell....Many of the previous reviews I read talked about how amazing it smells. So you know, it is a VERY strong floral smell. I don't think many pet owners consider or care how strong smells impact their pets, though Annabelle didn't seem to be overly offended by it. Pets are very sensitive to smells, and I prefer using unscented products when I can so I don't upset their sensitive noses. Thankfully, once dried, the smell is less noticeable to me (my sense of smell is very poor).

The cat smells like heaven for 4-5 days after washing with this, if your cat sleeps on your pillow like mine then you will also experience heaven on earth for 8 hrs a night.

This does a good job cleaning the coat, but it does leave a greasy residue on the coat. I mainly got this for the brush and for my old lady kitty who stopped grooming herself, I did not like the smell of the soap or the fact it made her greasier. The brush is really nice and soft though

I have an elderly cat who doesn't clean himself like he used to so the vet suggested I try a waterless shampoo so I bought this one. I usually brush him first; then use the shampoo. It foams up nicely and my cat seems to like being lightly massaged with the applicator tool. Once done; I towel him dry, lightly brush again, and he looks and smells good. He doesn't seem to have any issues with it.

We have an indoor cat and don’t bathe them, but sometimes their coat gets a bit dusty. This stuff is amazing!! Kitty doesn’t freak out and they smell fresh for weeks after.
