6 Pcs 4'x2'x0.32 Honeycomb Polycarbonate Panels: Heavy-Duty, Waterproof, UV Protected, Transparent, Durable Roofing for Sunrooms.

I ordered this product in hopes that I could use it to add some privacy and insulating layer to windows on my garage door and a regular window in my garage. Typical foam insulating panels for a garage door are too thick to fit into the window portion of my garage door. When I saw these honeycomb polycarbonate panels were just the right thickness for my need, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed – this product worked just as I had anticipated!These panels are UV protected and offer thermal insulation against both hot and cold temperatures. The panels are rigid with an interior honeycomb and smooth exterior. They come with peel-off plastic on both sides, which is imprinted with manufacturer info on one side and solid white on the other side. I chose to leave on the solid white peel-off plastic layer to provide more privacy on the windows and because I liked the aesthetic of the white versus the milky clear color of the panel itself. However, even if I'd removed both peel-off layers, the panels are not fully see-through, just partially.I used a box cutter / utility knife and found that it was best to use lighter pressure to score the top layer, and then with my second cut I used enough pressure to get through the honeycomb. As a final step, I folded back where I'd cut and then used my utility knife to cut through the back peel-off layer. This process ensured I achieved the straightest cut line and the cleanest cut. The instructions on the panels recommend not removing the peel-off layers until after cutting, and so that's what I did; they peel off very easily and leave no residue behind.For the regular window, I did have to piece some of the boards together and for that I used clear packing tape and taped on both sides of the seam. It's a side window on my house, not visible from the street, so it doesn't concern me that there are seems and they aren't really that noticeable from a few feet away. I then propped it up in the window and it's stiff enough that I don't need to affix it in any way to the window frame. I'm excited that this will help minimize the heat that comes from direct sunlight through this window.The panels are lightweight and yet durable and since I won't have them outside in the elements, but rather they will be in my garage, I believe they will last forever! Very thrilled with how these panels allowed me to cover and insulate my garage windows and I highly recommend them.

So these are more like frosted windows that fully transparent but that is totally fine for me! They make great greenhouse windows and will be perfect for full seasoning our outdoor classroom! Very happy with them as they provide light but also do a good job of thermal insulation of a space!

I ordered these and another set and you can see there is a "clear" difference.The first two pics are for comparison. These are on the left. As you can see, up close, you can make out what is under the panels enough to read the words. At more distance you can barely tell there is even anything under these.The honeycomb design makes these stronger and I'm not knocking that at all. It simply reduces visibility.Take the word "transparent" out of the listing and I would give these 5 stars.Each panel has installation and warranty(a good one) info on one side on the protective film.These are lightweight but sturdy making them ideal for my project. I originally planned on using these on a greenhouse but, along with the other set, I'm now going to use them to enclose an entryway on my front porch for extra protection from the cold winter and can remove them next spring.Great product. Great value.

These are awesome poly panels. We are building a small greenhouse attached to our porch and these will be used between the greenhouse and the rest of the porch.They are honeycombed, so they have a stiff, solid shape and they tend to keep things whatever temperatures they were on that side. So, we will use them to both keep heat in during the winter and out during the summer.We set ours up based on our needs and current hardware on hand. These are very forgiving and we’re always glad to have a couple in the shed for whatever comes up.

These are Amazing. Such high quality and durable. I can’t wait to put them to use. They are huge.

If you have any familiarity with twin-wall paneling you're probably familiar with the general form factor/type of paneling this is. Great for any sort of usage where you need structural rigidity /strength along one access. I couldn't tell you whether the honeycomb paneling offers any more strength than more common twin-wall but it seems to be just as strong, if not more so. I capped the ends and it works well with decent insulation value and allowing light in building a paint spray box and I was able to cut it with the same tools I would for twin-wall. Would also do well in Ag applications (such as greenhouses etc.)
