Overall this Lenovo V50t works great and no issues or problems and it works with two monitors. But the main problem is trying to transfer programs, data and documents from my old Win7 computer. I have almost everything on a 1TB usb drive which helps. I also used some utility programs to clean up Windows and get rid of a lot of unnecessary software. The WiFi works very well and have reached over 500 Mbps internet speed. It also has built in speakers which is handy and an optical drive but no sd card reader.

Bought this thing from PConline .Where to start? Machine had problems from beginning; dvd drive worked only when it felt like it, speed was less than half that cited on site. And those were only the minor problems. The machine was advertised as being new, but when I tried to register it. I was informed that the warranty had expired more than a year ago. Furthermore, I was informed by Lenovo that it had been sold in Uganda and that my only option was to call Uganda.Update: just received a notice from Lenovo that the machine was sold more than TWO years ago.Further update: I have learned that PConline was deceived also; the acquired the machine from Lenovo and had no idea it was more than two years out of warranty and been sold in Uganda.

Easy to unpack and hookup. It took me approximately 3.5 hrs. to complete install from my old computer to new. This was with updating and transfer of all files. I used a portable monitor and keyboard/mouse to visualize both computers. I recommend this Lenovo for home and office however I cannot give a recommendation for playing games since I am not a gamer. I have to add this machine is very quiet, from what I can see from the outside grid it looks like we have just one fan shooting straight up from the base plate. I guess that is plenty of cooling for this I5 processor. I hope this computer will last just as long as my HP which is twelve years old running windows 10 and not compatible with win11. And to clarify some here who say the computer is made in Africa well mine came in a sealed box with Lenovo tape and a made in China sticker along with its serial number. I Recommend this pc.

I could not get my windows back up to transfer to new computer. The PC itself is great but had to send back. I'll stick with Windows 10 and take my chances.

Computer is working great and very fast at least compared to my 8yo Dell. I went to plug 3d printer SD card in and there is a cover where the card reader is supposed to be, poped the cover off, no reader. Luckly I have a SD to USB adapter, that works. But according to Amazon description it has a card reader..... nope, not on mine?? Other than that seems to be a great machine......so far.... will update as I move on.

When I couldn't get Windows 11 to start I started to panic. I contacted PCOnline US customer service. They told me what to do and sent me detailed instructions as to what to do and I had my computer up and running in a short time. Great computer and excellent customer service.

This computer description leads the consumer to believe this computer is new. This computer was clearly used. Pictures denote computer repackaging and untaped from previous user. Out the box, the setup had already been initiated, which tends to make me believe if I shipped it back, I would be charged an excessive restocking fee. As far as the computer, it is slow (around CPU 3 mhz) in transferring files and typical software downloads. In fact, my old HP was much faster, but it could not update new technology software downloads. I thought I'd try a Lenovo compter this time. This was the wrong choice due to it probably being a return or prior tampering with. My Black Friday sale turned into a Black Friday customer rip-off. As several reviewers have stated, these are not new computers. I would not recommend this purchase or brand.

This pc is excellent working and easy to setup! I recommend this for home use!
