The build quality is pretty good. It took me about 8- 8-10 hours with only one person to put this together. The longest part was the first couple steps because you really need two people for the first couple of steps. It looks great! It is not 97 pounds. I can actually lift the thing by myself. It also gives you stakes that you can attach to the bottom frame to nail into the grass if need be. I am on a concrete patio so I don’t need it.Big PositiveAll of the holes were cut exactly down the measurement within millimeters. I was very surprised by how well geometrically everything fit together. With that said the last step by putting on the doors were a bit crooked, but I was easily able to manipulate it to make it work.It looks very waterproof, but I am on a covered patio so I don’t need that for the future. There is a clear film over the entire surfaces of each piece. I imagine the heat shrinked for the case of shipping, however, it’s nearly impossible to remove without a lot of frustration. I just left it on there because it provides more waterproofing so to speak. But after a while, it will peel kind of like after a really bad sunburn. All and off a very good shed just took a while to set up and I would definitely say you need two people to start off. Directions could’ve been a bit clearer and step 12-17 when beginning to put on the roof. Especially for peace, L, M1, M2, M3, M4 pieces Q1 as you have to go through multiple pieces of sheet metal with one screw. In the case of going through multiple pieces of sheet metal it would’ve been nice to have a longer or different type of screw. Either way it’s all together and I do like the screw caps as well to prevent rusting as well as protecting your hands from getting scratched.I got Amazon basic shelves to put inside and I also got a piece of 1 inch plywood to put on the bottom to make a flat surface. Just go to Lowe’s to get a piece of plywood. All and all good purchase for roughly about $150. I would just include a floor next time.

10x12 is not actually 10x12 and the roof leaks.
Thin metal, instructions are garbage. Smaller than advertised. That way that all the materials are packed is extremely aggravating and absolute chaos It took.3 guys with a collective of 30 years in building and construction over 8 hours to put together, and the roof leaks on at every screw. The washers for the roof are made of a hard plastic that do not keep the water from coming through. If you’re looking for a shed to keep your yard equipment or tools out of the weather look elsewhere. A lot of the metal was damaged upon arrival but given the thin gauge used there’s no way to avoid that.If you have $600 you want the throw in the garbage you came to the right place.

Good bang for your buck
Overall seems like a pretty good shed. Once put together seems pretty sturdy. Very spacious for the size. I am able to walk around inside without any issues as well as no need to duck to get inside. I am 5'9" for reference. Not the easiest to put together but got it done. Instructions are not the best. Had to go back a few times to fix things because instructions didnt explain well. Also some of the holes on the roof do not align with support. Had to drill my own holes and need to go back to put some caulk to prevent water from getting in. Took about a day and a half to assemble with only 2 people. HIGHLY recommend getting at least 4 people for assembly. Overall pretty good shed for the price.

10x12 shed
First all, if you have no patience and or building experience then don't bother purchasing one of these. I purchased the 10x12 and could honestly say it was a pain in the butt to put together especially on my own. You'll definitely need a second pair of hands at times. It took me a few days to complete and an average of 3 hours a day. Some panels did come bent or scratched but it didn't bother me one bit. For the price I'm pleased with what I got and it looks very nice on my yard!

AVOID - DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY!!!!! Trash! This thing all around is not worth purchasing. Extremely weak design. Sheets are cut but not to the correct size to fit the frame. Door is too wide to shut so it’s useless. Even if it did shut, quality of this wouldn’t last one winter. Also covered in this plastic film for shipping that takes hours to remove. After 1 hour of trying I gave up and left it on.

Good value but directions aren't very clear.
After researching multiple sheds, I decide on this one for the amount of storage space it offered. It arrived a week earlier than expected which was great. Due to the weather, we had to wait 2 weeks to assemble. My son assisted me in assemblyWe both have a good deal of experience in bulding things. So we thought this will be easy 5 hours tops. But it took us about 8 hours due to the poor directions. It took a good hour to unbox and sort the parts. It goes together fairly easy with a few hiccups. First the directions0 need to be made clearer in a few parts. Especially when assembling the roof peaks. The diagrams are not very clear as to the order on parts f5,f6, s6. Due to this we had to take a couple of things apart and reassemble. Once assembled we measured it and it is not 10'×12' as advertised. It is closer to 9' 4" x11' 5". It is sturdy once assembled. While assembling, I was questioning whether it would be sturdy. Overall I think it is a good buy, but needs some improvement on the directions. I'm marking it a 3 due to not being true to size and directions.
