The media could not be loaded. First let me start by saying the customer service is top notch. My order arrived on 12/15/24 and the display monitor was cracked (due to transport). I alerted the company and sent a photo of the damaged and within 2 business days, I had a brand new replacement. Prompt, courteous, professional and responsive.Now on to the review of the walking pad. I wanted a walking pad because my doctor said I needed to lose weight to help get my cholesterol under control and I did not want to pay for another gym membership that I was not going to use. Additionally, I had a few requirements of the walking pad I wanted to ensure I would use it: it had to be small for apartment use, noise reduction as I like working out early mornings, auto incline (I did not want to have to manually adjust the incline), large visible display monitor, it had to track speed, distance, steps, and time and a good weight capacity. This walking pad checked all the boxes with a 300 lb weight capacity, auto incline up to 15%, tracks-steps, distance, miles and speed from 0.6 up to 4.0, and large display monitor, small enough for use in my apartment and does not make a lot of noise. Did I mention it comes with a remote for ease of selecting your speed and incline. The functionality of the walking pad is great quality. I have used it everyday day since 12/29/24 and have had no problems.I 5’4 weigh 230. The length of the pad is good for me as I have a short walking stride. I have being using it at 2.0 - 2.2 speed, incline of 10-12 for 45 minutes. I will update in a few months.
