Ok, so this is not something I would normally wear, but I did when I first got them and got so many compliments! I started giving them away to my lady friends, which is why I bought them in the first place. I'm a friend of Bill W so I really appreciate the little sayings on them. It's kind of fun matching them with what you think your friend needs at the moment. I was able to wear them because of the adjustable (without it LOOKING adjustable) leather straps... I have an extremely skinny wrist and these adjusted easily. I would suggest maybe some clear polish on the metal... These are not stainless, not silver, but you're not paying for that either at these prices. They are inexpensive enough that I was able to share them with a LOT of friends. A lot of them are still wearing them after a couple of months... That's kind of cool! 😊. Definitely would buy again!

Adjustable straps, easy to read...nice gifts for the money!

These are still ok for giving as a gift but the engraving isn't as nice as it should be. In my opinion, they would be better suited for stocking stuffers as opposed to a main gift. I bought them for my granddaughter as a main gift and ended up buying a beautiful wooden box in which to put them.

This is a nice set of bracelets. You can give them as one gift set or multiple/individually. My big sister had originally bought me a set and I bought a set for my work sister as a part of her mother's day gift. These are great as encouraging/inspirational reminders to individuals who suffer from depression and anxiety. This is great for any occasion.
