Love the 1/2 ratio of caffeine to L-Theanine. Consistent energy with ability to focus. I seem to have no crash or jitters throughout the day which is nice! Plus they use clean ingredients with regard to the capsule itself. No silica / silicon dioxide which although in small amounts is deemed safe, I care about what I put into my body and Sports Research seems to think the same way with their products.

Taking this LT+Caffeine soft gel daily for about a week. I'll see how it affects me mentally over 3 months, but as for immediate effects, it wakes up my mind enough to feel normal, as opposed to yawning all the time with super low energy. This doesn't give me caffeine boost, but has enough for me to function normally. I take in the morning. My sleep is the same. I will continue to take this version.

I work in collections for subprime lending . Fast paced maddening work and multitasking and dealing with numbers all day . I get burnt out , extreme mental exhaustion , loss of drive and focus , especially on fridays . I take this supplement minus the caffeine version sometimes at bedtime and it knocks me out . I was skeptical of the caffeine version but I did my research . Today is Friday . I took a late lunch , tired , irritable and loss of drive . I had my lunch and took my pill . I got so busy once I clocked back in I forgot I had taken it . At 5pm it dawned on me that I was calm and serene , focused, not hyper or “jacked up “ even the stress in my neck and back was manageable. I truly believe this natural supplement is truly a godsend in my chaos of life that I love . This brand is chefs kiss . Their magnesium tretonate is perfect bedtime supplement . Good quality products that a few trusted educators I follow have recommended. Wasn't sure what to expect, if anything from these, but I've had previous experience with the brand and was pleased so figured why not.These definitely do not disappoint!They give me a clear, clean bump of energy that helps me focus and get in the zone without making me jittery or tweaking like some gas station fix. Perfect for gearing up for a day of office work or a long gaming session with buddies.I use them only on occasion but when I do I feel it without side effects, easy to swallow, no taste and never seem to "crash" afterwards, just a taper off is more like it.Sports Research does it again. Totally Recommend.

Allows me the focus and energy for early morning decisions. Kinda pricey compared to competition.

Well I finally just took my first pill yesterday morning and it worked very well indeed. I was more awake, alert and energetic all day long! Then as bedtime approached I was beginning to worry if I was going to be able to sleep as this pill was still going strong. But, no worries, once I laid down I started to feel tired like I usually did when I went to bed and off to sleep I went without any problem. I had a good night sleep and actually woke up about a half hour earlier than my alarm clock did. I still feel the same energy and alertness in the morning I felt yesterday. Now, I need to see how long this pill will work for the long run as so many others started to fail to work within a few weeks of use. I'll come back later and report my findings.
