Q: I am a pc gamer streaming using two pcs and I want to know if I will experience a delay when i'm playing?

Most KVM switches only support the default USB polling rate of 125Hz (essentially check the keyboard for a button press 125 times per second) Gaming mice and keyboards will operate at this rate, but most would prefer to run at 1000Hz. If you pressed a keyboard button right after the polling, there could be 8ms of latency before the activity is reported, vs 1ms if you plugged into the system directly. You would not be able to feel this as a delay. Latency is complicated: Most gamers can't phyically activate a peripheral for 8ms or less due to the mechanics of keyboard or mouse button presses. Each game is coded differently. Net code, network latency, and frame rate are much more impactful on latency than USB polling, but USB polling exists in front of these other causes. If you just need to occasionally change a streaming setting or chat on a second PC and don't want to impact your gaming experienced then plug your peripherals directly into your gaming PC and use a software KVM, like Input Director, to switch to the second PC via hotkey.

Classic false advertising. The meaning of "KVM" hasn't changed, just unscrupulous Chinese companies know that there is higher demand for KVM switches than for USB switches (which are two different things). "Historical" doesn't enter into it; this is simply not a KVM switch. It's a USB switch intentionally labeled as something (much) more valuable.

Yes 2 PC's sharing one mouse/keyboard is exactly what I am using it for now. I wouldn't use it for heavy bandwidth devices. No it will not work with a monitor because those don't use USB.

Q: Can i add an additional usb hub to this?

Generally yes. Would work with small devices with tiny power consumption. If you want to connect power heavy devices, then your USB hub better be powered.
