I don’t usually write reviews, but the SoundAsleep air mattress truly impressed me. I bought it for occasional guests, and we honestly didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Setup was a breeze with the built-in pump, which inflated in 3 minutes and had a deflate function to ensure that all air comes out. There was no sagging in the middle, and once broken in, the mattress stayed fully inflated without needing a top-up. The height is perfect too, making it feel more like a real bed rather than something temporary.Moreover, the after-sales customer service was excellent and the team promptly followed up with any concerns that I had; Casey responded within 24 hours and was super helpful and friendly. I can tell that they stand behind their product!If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable air mattress that gives you and your guests peace of mind, look no futher; this one’s a solid choice!

Our first SoundAsleep mattress was a Queen and we absolutely loved it! Quick & easy to inflate & deflate, we love the built in air pump feature. I’m so spoiled now, I’ll never buy a mattress without it. This mattress is super comfortable and never self deflates. Easily to fold up and store back in its bag after each use. Let’s talk about durability, it survived 2-3 ten year old boy's, at one time for about 10-15 times a year. This mattress lasted four years, then it developed a slow leak. This April when I replaced it we decided to upgrade to the King! The boys are 12 now and the queen was getting small for them. After using it once I noticed it had lost some air, which was unusual. After the second use it had lost a considerable amount of air. I checked the return/replacement date from Amazon and it had expired a week prior. I was so upset and thought I had just wasted almost $200 on this new mattress, when I decided to reach out to SoundAsleep directly. I was so impressed with their customer service and Casey, the rep that helped me. He replied to my email the next day, letting me know that he had already processed an order to replace my mattress and it would arrive in 3-5 days!! I cannot say enough about how well SoundAsleep stands behind their products. You now have a customer for life!

This air mattress is incredible. We purchased a "Twin XL" and it is perfect for any adult, including a tall man. We've only used it a few times, but the ease and convenience are unparalleled. It easily goes in and out of its storage bag, and it inflates to a comfortable bed-like height in a couple of minutes. Unlike other air mattresses, it seems to stay "firm" and is more like a real mattress when compared to other ones I've had in the past. You have to have electricity to use it (as far as I know?) so it may not be optimal for camping unless you have power. However, we bought it to use for the occasional overnight guest, and it has been fantastic. The perimeter is designed to create a bit of a rim around the outside, which was handy when we used it with a 5-year-old. I would definitely recommend this air mattress to anybody who needs something easy to store, easy to inflate and deflate, and comfortable. It was pricier than other options, but so far I don't have any regrets. Also, the customer service with the company was incredible.

So here is the deal. We bought this mattress in Nov 2024 and used it ONCE - it was very comfortable for an inflatable mattress, super easy to set up, and we were very happy with the purchase. We then moved to another state, had guests coming to stay with us and pulled it out and blew it up now for its second use. To our dismay, the guest told us the next morning that he woke up in the middle of the night and the mattress was significantly deflated. He had to turn the motor on to blow it back up, then by the morning it was partially deflated again. So for only the 2nd use of the mattress, it had obviously sprung a leak somewhere. We were extremely disappointed. I figured I had no recourse since we bought it back in Nov 2024 and it was now June 2025. I went to the website, wrote a scenario and submitted it. I received a response THE SAME DAY saying that a replacement mattress was being shipped ASAP! A few days later the new mattress arrived! Amazing customer service and a legitimate company that takes care of it's customers. As I mentioned, the mattress was very comfortable and seemed well-made, so fingers crossed that we will get many uses out of our replacement mattress. Obviously, I was very impressed with this SoundAsleep company. I ever received a follow-up email from the rep to ensure that my new mattress had arrived safely. Highly recommend!
