Pretty good stuff for when your nose is running. Sad you're only supposed to use 3 days at a time.

This stuff is dangerous. Prepare to breathe like you’ve never breathed, even in the middle of the worst head cold. But DO NOT ignore the instructions. The menthol is so powerful, if you abuse it, it will cause more inflammation than it fixes.

I bought this in regards to my ear pain on flights, it helped elevate the pain! + plane ear plugs :)
