I have bilateral thumb. CMC osteoarthritis. My choices was to wear braces and get hand injections or to have surgery on each of my hands. I would probably not have full use of either hand for at least 12 months. And the surgery was not a guarantee that the pain that I'm experiencing would go away. For the past 4 years I've used four or five different braces, even braces that I got from the hand surgeons department that was $125 a piece. When I saw these braces and the reviews and because of the price, I decided what do I have to lose? Let me give it a shot. I have to tell you I've been using these braces now for about a month and I'm using them on each hand, and they're the best braces that I've owned for my hand joint problems. They're easy to put on and take off. They fully relieve the pain on both of my hands and they're also easy to keep clean and they're very durable as well. If you're experiencing hand pain and you're looking for a good hand brace, try these. You have nothing to lose and you're not paying $125 each for something that's not going to be as good as these braces. So in the end I want to thank the manufacturer for helping me out. I'm going to buy another pair of these braces to have extra in the house and I rate them five stars, if I could rate them 10 Stars I would rate them 10 Stars.

This is the best wrist brace I found for pain below the thumb joint. I don't have carpal tunnel, but I do occasionally get pain in the tendon below the thumb joint, this helps ease that pain. I tend to worsen it during my sleep, so when I wear this it helps prevent any strains in the middle of the night

I love this brace! It fits snuggly without cutting off circulation like some others. It holds my thumb firmly in place, unlike some others I've tried that allow the thumb to wiggle a bit. I have a ganglion cysts, ruptured tendon and tendon sheath, and multiple longitudinal tears in my tendons on my wrist. I have De Quervsons Tenosynovitis as well, and this brace has helped relive the pain! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the strap that goes around the wrist, at the bottom of the brace. It's way to long! It wraps all the way around before you can Velcro it closed. This design means that the strap moves down the brace and I have to pull it back up in pace sometimes.

I tried several of the highest rated thumb stabilizers and this one has outshone the others. I’m quirky and wouldn’t be able to stand velcro touching my skin, it being too loose or too tight, restricting too much movement, not stabilizing my thumb enough, or being too hot lol 😆 I am happy to say this thumb stabilizer is just right in all areas. It’s comfortable, easy to take off and on with my nondominant hand, can be used on either wrist, doesn’t make my hand sweat, provides optimal support without over-restricting my thumb, and is high-quality and durable with extra strong velcro. Most important… it does not rub and create sore spots. I can wear it all day and it doesn’t interfere with my daily duties or hobbies. My thumb feels so much better when I have this on!

I got this to keep the lower part of my thumb immobilized due to an arthritis flare. It fits me very well, is comfortable and does exactly what I need it to do. I've used other Mueller braces and have found them all to be pretty comfortable and effective so when I needed a specific one like this, I was happy to see Mueller offered one.

If you need thumb support, this is the product you should get. It provides very good support and comfort plus it warms up the traumatized area. Materials used are of high quality. I felt fast relief after just few days of using it. Let's not forget, that this is designed to accommodate both hands. Velcro straps let's you adjust the fit. Strongly recommend it!

This is a good brace and works to stabilize my thumb. It is comfortable with a good fit.However, after a few months of usage, the velcro has lost effectiveness; it no longer stays fastened and comes loose. I can make it work for now but this is poor quality.I would expect this after a year or so of heavy use, not after a few months of moderate use.

Fits very well. Doesn't cut in on my hand or wrist. Holds as snug as I need it to. Perfectly protects my thump and gives me enough of my hand and thumb so I can pinch and hold things better.
