A good gift for somebody with a pizza oven.
As the headline says: great gift for a foodie with a pizza oven. I gave this to my Mom for Mother's day along with some extra cheese cloths, molds, and presses and she couldn't be happier. Fresh cheese for the homemade pizzas.

The instructions were clear, but the process took some trial and error, especially for a beginner like me. I was aiming to make mozzarella but ended up with a delicious batch of burrata instead—so not quite what I expected, but still a win!Despite the difficulties, the kit includes everything you need, and the quality of the final product was great. I definitely learned a lot from the experience, and even though it didn’t go perfectly, I was still able to enjoy some fresh, homemade cheese. If you're up for a bit of a challenge and love experimenting in the kitchen, this kit is worth a try!

I can’t believe how easy and tasty this is!!!
I purchased this kit as a stocking stuffer for my wife for Christmas. We just made our first batch of fresh homemade mozzarella. We could not believe how fool proof the instructions and process were!! The cheese came out perfect. We followed the directions exactly the only thing we would do is tweak the amount of salt to add just a dash more to give it a little bit more of the flavor that we enjoy from the mozzarella cheese. This is definitely some thing I would recommend you try! Five stars

Absolutely delicious
Just made fresh mozarella cheese tonight and it was delicious! Easy to follow instructions and it took only 30 minutes. Just be sure to use a heavy bottom pan for this so the bottom doesn't burn (my gas stove is pretty powerful). Really worked out well.

Is it me?
I’m happy to say this kit got me into making my own cheese but I didn’t have any successful cheese using their instructions. Once I did my research, I was able to make great mozzarella using the ingredients though. Still have lots left and love making my own mozzarella and ricotta.
