These are great gloves. Souls meet my welding needs nicely.

First I looked at the sizing chart and picked the size for me.I received the gloves in a zipper-lock bag fully laid out flat.The gloves seemed a little stiff at first & assumed they would relax with time.In less than a week, the gloves are relaxed, loose enough to slip on easily, and lined with a smooth comfortable material. Fingers can grip easily after a week's break in time.I'm not dumb enough to hold my gloved hand in open flames, but I have picked up charged burning wood to move it.These gloves work GREAT for wood-burning stove gloves. Since purchasing them, I have not burned my forearm once.Overall, I am very pleased with these gloves and would suggest them to anyone with a wood-burning stove.

These gloves are well-made, comfortable, and provide excellent heat protection from very hot jobs. They perform as well as any leather glove can be expected to perform when gripping worksticks/tongs using a forge. The price is great for what you are getting.

I hoped these would be my new go-to oven gloves, but they are not without fault. Yeah, it says welding gloves, and they may be great for that, but they are not really heat-resistant. I have a pair of silicone gloves that are better at heat resistance than these are. Straight fire resistance works well, but if you have to grab a hot pan out of an oven that is over 350F, then you might be disappointed if you have to hold it longer than a few seconds. The dexterity in the gloves is ok, and the durability seems good with high-quality stitching and materials

These leather gloves are made of a very thick and durable leather. It is easy to grip items and no heat transfer is apparent. These gloves are perfect.

I volunteer with a cat rescue organization, and socialize cats and kittens so they are adoptable. I recently had an adult cat from a backyard colony who had been recently sterilized and mis-assessed as tameable. Unfortunately he was found to be feral and after 3 weeks, indicated no interest in being socialized. It was in his best interest to be returned to the colony, where he receives food and outdoor shelter.I have my hands and arms today because of these amazing gloves! I had to put this kitty into a carrier he had no desire to enter, but with these gloves, I was able to get him into the carrier for transport.These gloves are extremely sturdy, thick, and strong, yet they have sufficient flexibility that allowed me to handle a biting, clawing, and kicking feral cat. I emerged from our battle with only a minor bruise just above my wrist; neither his teeth nor his claws penetrated the gloves. In the end, Denby, our feral kitty, now lives in the backyard he prefers. 💗If you handle stressed animals, especially cats, I highly recommend these gloves!

Excellent protection. Fit well. I use for wood burning stove and these work quite well

I’m excited to try them in baking. I’ll use them in my cast iron pots for baking sourdough. 450 degrees! I hope they do well, if people can hold logs on fire, I’m sure they will be great! I ordered a small because I have smaller hands. The gloves are a bit bigger but not floppy. I wanted to have a good grip with these and they are malleable. They are thick and well insulated, once broken in they will be very comfortable. It protect my arms from getting burned too! I love the look of them too, strong leather.
