These were such a blessing after my hysterectomy/reconstructive surgery. Make sure you follow directions and bend package till you hear the pop, shake shake shake then sit. Gives me a nice comfortable cooling effect for 20-30min on my perineum stitches. One of the best post opt purchases I made. Pair with the frida postpardum underwear. I've used many products and frida is far superior and more comfortable. Worth the investment.

While marketed for postpartum recovery, they worked perfectly for post-surgical healing too.The package comes with 8 pads, which was sufficient for my needs. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even when you're not feeling your best. These pads are definitely on the thicker side, but the instant relief they provide makes the bulkiness worth it. The cooling effect is incredibly soothing and lasts for about an hour per application.I particularly appreciate Frida's approach to a sensitive topic - they maintain a sense of humor while addressing real recovery needs. These are the most wonderful thing for a vaginal tears. I had a laproscopic hysterectomy and had perineum tearing from the surgery. I want to say between one of the frida medicated wipes down there and the ice pack pad... my v feels like it is on a spa day!!!! It is the most comfort I have had since my surgery. I am 12 days post op and my v hurts every move I make now that I have gotten off of all my pain meds including off of Tylenol or ibruprofen, so these are a true life saver!!!!!

I pre made a bunch of postpartum freezer pads. If you can afford these, I used these way more often. They’re easy to use, convenient to bring with you if you’re out, and you don’t have to sit there thawing your freezer pads before they’re ready to use.

These were wonderful to have post partum! I didn’t have any help, so the little things like this really helped me feel cared for, you deserve it!

I recently used the Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads after giving birth, and overall, they were a great addition to my recovery. While they are a bit on the expensive side, I found that when I did need them, they were incredibly helpful. The combination of absorbent perineal pads and the instant cold therapy packs provided much-needed relief. The cold therapy felt soothing, and it was so nice to have everything in one pad. My only issue was that the cooling effect didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked, so I had to switch them out a bit more frequently than expected. I didn’t end up using all of them, but the ones I did use made a big difference during my recovery. If you're willing to splurge, they’re definitely worth trying!

Added this to my sister in laws postpartum basket! She says 10/10 and gave significant relief! They were comfortable and easy to get on and start feeling better right away!
