I was taking another digestive enzyme brand, but it was pretty costly. Although the effects were great, I really wanted to find a more affordable option and here we are! I pop one of these before a meal, and sometimes after depending upon what I’m eating or how heavy the meal is, to help with bloating and digestion. Although this may be TMI, but after using these pills, I find that I’m less bloated and gassy after certain meals so needless to say I’ll be sticking with these for a while.The pills don’t have a funky taste/ aftertaste and are easy to swallow.

I love this product!! Having digestive is no fun. It was until my sister mentioned I might be lacking certain enzymes in my diet... I started paying attention. I couldn't eat fatty or fried foods, hamburger, certain veggies, etc. Since taking these, I can eat whatever now except nuts, seeds + skins of certain fruit ...that's an intestinal issue. Taking 1 pill before either meal that I know would bother me .... well... NO MORE! Apparently, if your body doesn't make enough digestive enzymes you can suffer from uncomfortable symptoms.With Essential Enzymes, no problem...at least for me. Everyone's body is different, but it's worth trying.I did use another brand sold on Amazon the very first time, but it went up in price by alot.
