As advertised
Initially I thought the chain would be too short, it is not. The chain length allowed me to set the anchors back away from the door. The whole thing is thick and robust, even the screws are big enough.

Nice lock
Went to Lowe's to try and get a lock like this one. Apparently they don't have the traditional chain lock anymore. So came on here saw this one along with the good reviews and decided to try it out. It definitely has some weight to it but is very nice and well made. The way we have it installed looks as if it can be unlocked from tge outside, tried to do it but couldn't. My 2 year old has figured out how to unlock both locks on the door and those baby safty knobs were too little on my door knob, plus I don't like how they look. The look on his face when he unlocked the door and tried opening it witg the chain lock on was priceless.

Best Chain Lock on the market
I'm very pleased with this strong chain lock. I've looked around at many others and find this one to be the best on the market. Why bother with flimsy chains that will break when someone tries to kick the door in?Spend a little extra and get yourself this quality product. This may well save your life when an intruder decides to pay you an unwelcomed visit.
