Was able to replace much bulkier carpal tunnel nighttime braces with the same level of effectiveness using these.

These are a life saver for typing all day, really makes it easier for my wrists

They work very well for what they are and are made with quality materials. They didn't fix or prevent pain from my keyboard induced RSI, but they do slow the rate at which it begins to flare up. They get a bit warm and are a tad stiff, but that's to be expected from a brace like this. For the price, I'm very happy with this. However, there is a glaring design flaw that only makes itself known when you are using two of them.The velcro bits make putting two of them on AWFUL. They're constantly sticking to one another no matter which hand you wrap first. This problem is nonexistent when only using one, but it's a nightmare with two. Still, they work great and don't break the bank.

They are comfortable and the ease the pain in my wrists to the point that I forget about it while I am working

I have small hands and wrists with Carpal Tunnel and these didn’t work for me. They actually fit a little better with the left and right put on the opposite hand. The thumb hole edges are thick and press against the inside of my thumb triggering pins and needle pain. They are hard to wrap around and didn’t help my carpel tunnel at all. In fact if I put them too tight it caused more pins & needle pain. I’m disappointed because they are well made and the Velcro is great. Maybe they work better for other issues.

These splints are helping out a lot with my physical therapy.

I don't "have" arthritis or carpal tunnel issues, but I do have a keyboard/mouse setup that can stress the alignment of my hands - I consider these an ounce of protection, and it works well.
