These provide good support and wash well in the washing machine, hang dry. I have noticed after many uses and washes the Velcro strip that anchors the brace can curl a bit and not hold as well. I wear it every night and it is very comfortable for sleeping!

this product is perfect for supporting my wrists when typing or writing. only caveat is pushing my apple watch up my arm to make space for the brace.
