I got this for my niece back in October, added my brothers picture in it, and an engraved message on the back in Arabic. The post office near me held it for a few days and I couldn’t get them to make the delivery no matter what I did. I reached out to the vendor and they contacted the post office for me and made sure I got the locket! I have so much respect for them and I’m in the process of saving my money to get me a locket from them too! That said, the item itself is beautifully made. High quality and beautiful design for a reasonable price. My niece loves it, everyone thought it looked so beautiful and it is. The image pockets are just the right size and they have many options on how many slots you’d like. 5 stars well deserved!

For something that cost nearly $150, the least I can say is that the quality of the material is shockingly cheap. The clasp did not close and they did not offer to replace it. I would have sent them back the broken trash they sold me. Chain looks super cheap. Locket is cute.

I’m giving it 4stars just because the 2 middle pictures are showing up from the heart other than that it’s amazing and nicely packed. The size of the heart is perfect though the writing on the back is so tiny . Highly recommend it . The chain is vey nice and beautiful .

I was shocked when I was told my custom engraved locket would arrive in 2 days. It did, and it was incredible. My wife said it was the best gift ever, and it will be a lifelong treasure for her. Thank you. There was only one thing you need to improve on. The photos were not zoomed to the same specifications as I had done in the customization of the photos, meaning you made our faces smaller than I had ordered. But they are still treasured photos of our faces. Thank you.

Very surprised with the quality of this product. Picture was beautifully printed and I was able to add more pictures as it is very easy to do it.
