Yes, the colors look slightly different, and they are all the same size Balloons. With that said, this was easy to put together, it looked great, and it had everything necessary to get the job done. I had never made a balloon Garland before, so I was nervous, but this was rather easy to figure out. I accented the Garland with some glitter and baby balloons from another set (which I ordered separately).

Great way to decorate and avoid having to pay big bucks for some one to do it. Fulfilled its purpose and looked great. However there are no big balloons as a part of the package although the picture shows it. I had to get my own and added an elephant head for my design.
