This is my entire family's go-to hydration powder. It makes everyone drink more water around here, which is a good thing. It's quite sweet... but I like to make it sweet, then drink half the glass right away, then refill with more water (less sweet now) and add ice. That's my program. We go through about a jar a month... so I should probably just set up auto delivery. (But I won't. Ha.)Basically, tastes good, has no calories, and no strange side affects (for us). So, thumbs up.

I tried a bunch of different electrolyte mixes. I was looking for ones with little sugar. This was the best tasting one that I found. Some of them are truly awful, but this one tastes nice. Kind of like, uh, dunno if I can say name brands, but you know, like you buy some electrolyte sport drink at the convenience store. So I really liked it. After a while I noticed one weird thing. I think it's because of the branched-chain amino acids. After I drink a glass of this mix, there's a sticky scum on the inside of the glass which doesn't rinse out. It comes out in the dishwasher, and it comes out if I scrub by hand with a brush, but it's weird. Also if I then fill up that empty glass with water for another extra bit of hydration, then that *next* glass of water tastes terrible. So basically, I love this mix because it's the best tasting mix without a lot of sugar, but I kinda wish it didn't have the BCAAs. I don't even know what those are for or why it would matter. This is a minor thing which is why I'm only taking off one star but I hope this might be interesting to someone.

Great taste and love that they are in individual packets for single use. Doesn't upset my stomach and dissolves well after a good shaking. (Make sure your lid is on tight though!) They are a bit expensive, but I like the quality of this brand over some other electrolyte brands.

This product is really amazing, my whole family use this fantastic and tasty product specially in summer time.

I have bought the black cherry flavor of this in the past and it tasted great. What I like about this brand is that it has a lot of things missing in other electrolyte mixes. I especially like that it has zinc in it.Unfortunately, this cherry limeade flavor is not good. It doesn't have the tartness it should have (the black cherry flavor has that) nor any real sweetness so it does not go down easy.I also do not like the fact that there is no information about WHERE this is manufactured, only where the company itself is based. This makes me feel that it's probably made in China, which can be a real health concern when it comes to consumables.

Don’t expect your electrolytes to taste “good” and actually be good for you at the same time, lol! So many powders are full of chemicals. This powder has a very light citrus flavor and isn’t “yummy”…but it does the job without the added junk you don’t want in your system. I think they did a good job of making it bearable.

So I don't like to leave negative reviews. I feel like a lot of time people who have had a good experience say nothing, but then people who have had a marginal experience complain, and it makes the average ratings worse than they should be, right?But this product is truly awful.First of all, even mixing it weaker than directed because of the taste (more on that below), it severely irritates my bladder. Even one serving turns my urine bright yellow and causes physical discomfort down there.One expects the taste of a hydration drink to be not-great because taste isn't really the point, but this one has some sort of strange chemical aftertaste that kind of sticks around for a while after consuming it. It kind of reminds me of the smell of roof paint for some reason.The drink mix itself is... extremely hydrophobic, I guess is the right term maybe? It clumps really badly and doesn't want to dissolve. Stirring it in with a spoon is a no-go. It requires a vigorous shake in a bottle with a sealed cap, and even then there is still grit floating in it (filler I assume).And finally, the container is so narrow and deep that it is impossible to reach more than half way into it with the provided scoop. You can't get your hand inside. You have to hold the container sideways and give it a shake to get the stuff in reach of the scoop, which produces a cloud of the stuff, which when inhaled gives you that strange chemical aftertaste all the way back in your sinuses for some time.I am about half way through it, because I don't want to waste it. But I don't know if I can stand to finish it. I am sorry for the negative review guys, but this is truly the worst electrolyte recovery drink I've ever tried. Maybe some of the other flavors are better? Lemon-Berry is the one I tried.
