It was challenging to reach support but once they got back with me they have been great.

We purchased this gate opener kit last year after our 10 year old Polaris unit finally failed. I was hesitant to buy something that wasn’t name brand but figured it was worth the try given the price. After getting it all set up, which was a little challenging (I am also not a professional gate technician) it has been excellent. Operation is about 5-10 seconds slower than the Polaris system we originally had but it has been reliable and easy to use. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a cost effective option. Technically support is also readily available and helpful unlike most of the competitors.

I purchased this and installed the arms, but am unable to program and I've had 2 professional automatic gate arm installers come out to do this and nothing!!! Still not working properly! The gates will open at push of button but only one will close! I've tried contacting customer service several time and can not get through! I'm extremely frustrated.UPDATE: I got throught to customer service, they sent me a brand new control board and switches and the gate now opens and closes as it should!!! Shelley from Topens was amazing, sent me the replacements quickly so we could fix the problem quickly. Amazing! Thank you!!! Gate arms work perfect now!

So far so good! As far as install I’m a DIY type of person so I tackled the install myself. Wasn’t to bad to install. Pretty simple if you ask me. Hired a electrician to run power and wire it up and I made the adjustments. Would recommend

Need to get hold of customer service and I’ll let you know how it goes but mine does not like cold weather won’t work when ice gets on the shaft and the Double gates don’t seem to stay in line when closing constantly having to adjust work OK in the summer but now The ice is here and the snow falls So far not so good

Had trouble with the first start up and could not get the double swing gate motors to function correctly.E-mailed tech support who carefully walked me through the entire setup step by step only to confirm that the circuit board was the issue. They sent me a new board which functioned correctly after installation.Gates are dead quiet and function great.

The media could not be loaded.  We have a backyard pool that requires us to have a gate on our driveway. For years, we've had to exit the car to open and close the gate. I saw a video of this opener and proceeded to order and install the parts. It's been a great investment and pleasure to use.

I have just finished installing this gate opener and it works perfectly. After researching many other openers I settled on Topens and I’m glad I did. This is a great product and the customer service is outstanding. Laura with Topens was a huge help and answered every one of my questions. There was a problem with one of the actuators and they immediately sent me a replacement. What a great product and company.
