Amazing product! This stuff puts such a nice brown sear on anything you use it to cook. Flavor, color and texture is awesome. It is expensive, but a little goes a long way.

Great quality, great to cook with!! i like to coat my cast iron with it. As it heats up and melts it looks like coconut oil on the pain. Affordable. Does not have a bad smell

This tallow is very rich it has a faint odor the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I decided cooking with olive oil is my best bet for every day cooking. I am using this tallow to cure and clean my cast-iron pans and it works fabulously.

I LOVE this. I keep it in my refrigerator and use it for almost everything. It reminds me of the aroma's I smelled when I was a child and my mother was cooking, real food cooking. It tastes delish but fairly neutral so you don't need to worry about it taking over any flavor profiles. The smoke point is good too. I typically cook on medium heat so I've not had any issues with that. The health benefits of this is amazing! I will continue to purchase this. Very good!

It was as expected

I was looking for a tallow which was "clean", i.e., organic and grassfed and this was the only one I found which met both criteria. I have used it to make moisturizer as it's dawned on me that spreading seed oils in commercial moisturizers, even "clean" ones, over my body every day was probably not the best idea. This does smell somewhat "beefy", but I have blended it with jojoba oil and some essential oil. The essential oil doesn't completely cover the beefy smell in the container, but once on my skin it dissipates quickly. And I've notice my skin, particularly my hands, are softer. The tallow is expensive, but for my purposes as a cosmetic, a little goes a long way and I feel better putting clean, natural products on my skin.
