Excellent routines
The best yoga fitness chair exercises. Week 2 and still with the 1st of 4 routines. Each program offers 4 different fitness levels to follow along with depending on how much of a challenge (or not) you need or want. I feel better already. Easy to follow. I thought the 'reminder' emails would be annoying, but nope, they are filled with encouragement and helpful suggestions. This is a really good program and one that you'll want to stick with. Streaming is easy and works great. I look forward to these routines. Breathing better. Sitting taller.

Life Changer!
Can't say enough good about this product. It starts easy and challenges you with the higher levels. I use the DVD at home and the online version when I'm on the road.I have been using it 5-6 days a week and it has made a difference in my life. I have been working out for years, but lately was trying to loose some more weight. I hit a plateau and could not go any further. Once I started Yoga Vitality, my weight loss took off again. I also use the Yoga technique in my strength training and it has made a difference.Thank you Dean for changing my life.

I followed Dean's partial part 1 workout on youtube for a few weeks and began to experience the benefits of engaging in the practice. Dean's approach, offereing a multitude of options, and although working towrds the best effeorts, his insistance that all effort is worthy is invaluable. Now convinced, I then decided to pruchase the CD with its streaming possibility. Don't wait. Do yourself a favor. No regrets!

Keep active in your 70s!
I purchased this video in March 2023 and use it a lot. I love it! My flexibility is very limited, and Dean's program is challenging but doable and helps me with strength and movement as well as keeping my muscles flexible enough to stop cramping. I am a 75 yr-old great grandmother so it's so important to stay active and strong. Thank you for helping make that possible for me.

Manufacturing of the DVD sucks
Update: fortunately, this DVD comes with free streaming!!I have back problems and I cannot do crazy aerobics where I am flinging my body around, so this workout, and don't get me wrong this is a workout, seemed perfect. I've been going along with exercise one and exercise to for about three to four weeks right now. Unfortunately the CD is skipping now. I have not taken it out of my DVD player, it is not getting scratched anywhere, I'm the only one who lives here so there is no chance of anyone else taking it out and putting it back in, it is just poor manufacturing. I don't know how I'm going to resolve this issue because there is a specific amount of time that you should do each pose, and I'm not to the point where I know what that is comfortably. I am sad.

This DVD is Wonderful!! Great instructor!!
I love this chair yoga DVD. I did it for the first time and after doing it, I felt so relaxed. I had to modify some of the moves because I have severe arthritis in my knees and also my vertigo can act up if I turn my head too far to the left or right. The instructor is wonderful. I have only done Level 1 and I found it very relaxing. Highly recommend this DVD if you have mobility issues!!
