Doesn't glycerin inhibit the remineralization process? Shouldn't this be made without it?
How does your10% compare to the 100g of the Apagard product. I need an apples to apples comparison, 10% tells me nothing in comparing the two products
Why does it have vegetable glycerin? I heard is hard on the enamel.
Can someone explain the sequence? Do you brush, rinse, floss, rinse, then brush again and don't rinse?

Huzzah! It’s really as advertised.

Boka is the bomb. I was using Sensodyne for my very sensitive teeth. I also have tendency to scrub my teeth unless I’m focused on brushing. (Thank you Mother, your routine haranguing to scrub my teeth with baking soda really imbedded in my young brain.) Consequently my gums are were starting to recede even though I use a soft toothbrush. Boka has stopped the sensitivity and my gums are looking better. I am seeing a remineralization. My teeth feel really clean but don’t have that slick feeling that fluoride left behind that made me have to switch to Sensodyne. I’m using the Ela mint which is pleasant but not overpowering. I can’t wait for my dentist to see the difference.

Best toothpaste ever, buy it!

This is the best toothpaste I've used, by far. It's made a noticeable difference in the color of my teeth, has a decent minty taste, and a good thickness that foams up well. It is effective in leaving your teeth feeling much cleaner than before and is easy to brush. I highly recommend this brand if you are thinking of switching toothpastes and want to brighten your smile just a bit. For context, I am a smoker and coffee drinker and I brush twice a day.

Clean teeth, fresh breath, minimal aftertaste

So far this toothpaste is great. My teeth feel clean and my mouth feels fresh without an extra strong aftertaste like most other toothpastes. This actually makes me want to brush my teeth more often! I can’t speak for its effectiveness as far as whitening. I have the strawberry basil flavor, which I didn’t know what to expect, but it’s now my new favorite toothpaste flavor. Highly recommend this toothpaste in this specific flavor for a clean mouth feel any time of the day.

Clean & Simple Ingredients

Boka Toothpaste has quickly become a staple in my oral care routine! I love that it’s made with natural ingredients and doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals or artificial flavors. The texture is smooth, and it leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without the overpowering burn that some commercial toothpastes have. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed my teeth feel cleaner even at the end of the day and my breath stays fresh longer. It’s also great to know I’m supporting a brand that cares about sustainability and wellness. Highly recommend Boka for anyone looking to switch to a healthier, more natural toothpaste!

Excellent

I have been searching for a fluoride-free, healthy toothpaste for a long time. Unfortunately, most toothpastes sold in stores contain ingredients that may be harmful to human health, and many organic options do not effectively support the health of tooth enamel. This product is the best option I have found so far, and I truly enjoy using it on a daily basis. It feels safe and leaves a pleasant taste after brushing. I believe this will be my toothpaste of choice moving forward. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and innovation of this product.

Positive outcomes

I’ve only used the product three times so far and can already see a difference in my teeth. I can also see a difference in both my sons’ teeth. I find that the minty flavor is not as strong as the American toothpaste that I’ve used for years so that was a welcome change. I would definitely recommend this toothpaste for people wanting to restore their teeth and hopefully avoid more dental appointments in the future!

You will notice a difference!

I was recommended this toothpaste due to my extreme fear of the dentist…and also having some problems with cavities. I also had a lot of yellowing of the teeth due to coffee. I went through my first tube and REALLY enjoyed the toothpaste, but it wasn’t until the second tube that I noticed a MASSIVE difference! My teeth feel stronger. I’ve lost those “calcium” marks on my teeth, and they are a ton whiter! It’s also easy to swish out, rather than multiple rinses like other pastes. I will always be ordering!

I'm Sticking with APAGARD...

Some backstory:I've used APAGARD Premio toothpaste (found on Amazon; made in Japan) for many years now. It costs about $15-$16 per tube which gets a little pricey. But several years ago, I had read raving reviews about how much it helped people who suffered with tooth sensitivity, and how the magical ingredient nano-hydroxyapatite in it was very effective in remineralizing teeth. At that time, I was looking for a toothpaste that could do those things and that could also improve the appearance of some of my teeth which had begun looking more translucent/transparent. (FYI: Teeth translucency is caused by enamel erosion due to things like using whitening strips, eating/drinking a lot of acidic foods, etc.)Anyway, APAGARD achieved all of the goals I was looking for in a toothpaste! My super-sensitive teeth became less sensitive, and brushing my teeth no longer bothered me. What's more, because Apagard was able to effectively remineralize my teeth, it also helped to make them look whiter and brighter. Even still, the icing on the cake was that after I began using it faithfully, I no longer had any cavities! (And let's be clear: my diet was *NOT* good.) Needless to say, when I went to the dentist and heard that news, I was both shocked and delighted! Thus, I was very happy with Apagard on all fronts -- except, of course, for the price. And being that toothpaste is a repeat purchase for me multiple times a year, I thought I'd go on a little search for a cheaper option that still had nano-hydroxyapatite in it and that could achieve similar results. That's where Boka toothpaste walks in.I came across the Boka Nano-Hydroxyapatite Fluoride Free Toothpaste on Amazon and noticed it had generally positive reviews. Since it was a few dollars cheaper than Apagard, I thought I'd give it a try.I used it for several weeks and really wanted to like it. However, I noticed that my teeth had become increasingly sensitive over the past few weeks and couldn't figure out why. Then I remembered I had switched my toothpaste. As soon as I recognized what the likely culprit was, I went back on Amazon and reordered my usual Apagard Premio. Sure enough, within just a few uses, my teeth sensitivity went away. Now, I will say that the Boka toothpaste did leave my teeth feeling clean. To its credit, it also has a refreshing, light minty taste to it and foams well. But, in the end, these positives aren't enough to make an ongoing customer out of me.At this point, I'll probably stick with the Apagard toothpaste for life. Although it is a bit on the pricier side, when considering all of its benefits, truthfully: it's well worth it.
